Earth Treasures

This shop is truly something to behold! The owner is kind and knowledgeable about everything in there. They have amazing fossils, shark teeth, crystals, jewelery, and many other nature themed finds. New favorite shop in the area!

Stopped in today, and had a wonderful conversation with the owners. Learned a shark tooth that I found a couple years ago is a posterior meg!!! Thank you Earth Treasures!!

No visit to Venice is complete without a visit to Earth Treasures. Big sharks teeth, little sharks teeth, shark teeth necklaces, and that's just the beginning. The owner is so knowledgeable that you'll want to visit more than once to get your questions answered. Children will love it! More like a museum than a business, but you can buy things to take home. 🦈

Earth Treasures is a Venice must!

After a day of shark tooth hunting we took our finds to Earth Treasures and they were able to tell help us identify the different species of shark teeth. Drae helped us pick out some beads and made us some awesome custom necklaces to remember our time in Venice. The knowledge, creativity, and craftsmanship are abundant at Earth Treasures!

Great shop! Very informative and had every fossil imaginable and then some!! Will make this a regular stop!!

Walking in the shop we were greeted by Don, who was explaining Megalodon bite force to another customer, and we took it all in and enjoyed the information. The gentleman was more than happy to answer our questions and had exactly what we were looking for. Out of the many items in the store we got a shark fossil necklace, a shark book, some neat playing cards, some fossilized shark teeth, and an awesome shark tooth shirt. This was a great end to our trip and the perfect place to get information, pick up a few mementos and even look at the fossils on site and compare them to our own. Very friendly and even offers to help ID your fossil findings if you need help. Super cool! We will be back.

A wonderful small, family owned store. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. My son found a shark's tooth on the beach and they made it into a wonderful necklace for him. Many different options in accessories for the necklace. Very well made. This is the second necklace they've made for him.

I love small local shops that helps out other local artists. This one you could possibly wander around for hours looking at all the fossils on display all for sale of course. Only one owner was there and he was so nice and helpful. If u are in the area it is a must stop and visit

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed. Not the biggest selection, but definitely a quality one. We totally found what we were looking for.... and a few things we want to come back for. Sharks teeth of all sorts and rocks and gems to feast the eye and soul on.

What a gem! The owners are so knowledgeable and kind, and are always endearing with our young son—teaching him about fossils and the history of the area. We stop every year to visit for shark teeth and other souvenirs. Thank you for your big hearts!

Lovely shop full of fascinating fossils & minerals. Owners are wonderfully friendly & interesting people, knowledgeable about their items, & happy to share info with others. Went in to see the shark teeth, left with information about our next trip fossil hunting (first trip actually). Can't wait to come back next time we are in town. This place is a must see.

Owner Don was very knowledgeable on rocks, gems and sharks teeth. His wife does great custom wrapping for gems, sharks teeth and sea glass. Wife and I loved visiting with him. Recommended a fossil guide about 45 minutes north to spend the day digging for fossils! Defiantly going to do soon. Don had a lot of nice high quality things in his shop. No matter if local or visitor you have to check out this store. Maybe on Thursday as it's a block west from the farmers market( which is another must do).

Very calm atmosphere, and very helpful employees!!! Bought three things and was given lovely ideas and advice about them! Real quality gemstones and crystals, I'm very very happy with my experience and definitely will be coming back for more!

Don is great! If you are ever down in Venice and looking for the reason that this place is called the “shark tooth capital of the world” Earth treasures has it. From shark teeth to geodes to fossils they had plenty available, and Don is super knowledgeable and very friendly! Will definitely have to come back soon!

Such amazing place to visit. So many unique finds and great prices. I got a beautiful tree of life pendant that has the chakra Stones going from one side to the other to help me bring balance and I get so many compliments on it all the time. If you were looking for people that are knowledgeable or if you find just unique piece of jewelry and you want them to wrap it they can do it for you it's an amazing shop and very relaxed environment. Keep up the awesome work.

Great little store, I bought 2 sharks tooth necklaces last week.
necklaces were adjustable which I did not like. The owner took
the necklaces apart and put lobster claw clasps at no charge. I
will be back next year.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Absolutely loved the energy in this shop and Donald was very knowledgeable about the stones I was seeking. His wife makes beautiful handmade jewelry at very reasonable prices, too. Everything earthbound associated with Florida and more can be found here. You will NOT be disappointed in your treasure hunting for unique gifts.

Great shop filled with intriguing fossils and more. The owner Don is very knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to education. Each time we've come in he's encouraged us to bring in our fossil finds that we wanted help identifying. This time we did and he graciously identified our shark teeth as well as all of our "unknowns" that turned out to be petrified wood, extinct sea cow/dugong bones, a piece of turtle shell, a puffer fish mouth plate, a barracuda tooth, an echinoid, and several pieces of mastodon enamel! We learned so much and love our newest addition to our collection of shark tooth identification books.

Amazing store, with a great selection of minerals and collectibles. The guy who runs the store is super knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommending this place to anyone who enjoys fossils or rock collecting.
