Just wrapped up our yearly visit to Indian River Lagoon Waterfront Cottages. This was our fourth year for making a 10-day visit at these Old Florida cottages. We cannot say enough how much we enjoy this little jewel. Our cottage is wonderfully maintained and always meets our expectations. The property landscaping is beautiful and each year we see the work that is being done to maintain and add to its beauty. The property is dog friendly and there are private dog parks close by. The cottages are close to grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Our hosts Kim and Robert are always available with just a phone call. Thank you once again for giving us such a beautiful place to enjoy our family. See you next year and thank you for making it possible to enjoy such a wonderful laid-back vacation.

This would be my family's second time visiting and we never want to leave. We stayed in the main house last year with our children and it was phenomenal. Very nice setup, nicely stalked kitchen, and beautiful bedrooms. This year it was just my wife and myself so we decided to get one of the smaller cottages. The cottages are quaint and comfortable, and the use of kayaks and pier are an awesome bonus. For the most part it's pretty quiet, the owner is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure our stays are exceptional. We absolutely cannot wait to visit again and highly recommend trying these cottages.

My husband and I stayed a week at the cottages. We went there just for a little get away. The cottages were cute and well kept. The fishing was amazing, until I had to clean the fish. Luckily there's a cleaning table on the dock!!! The owners are really nice and knowledgeable about the area. If you're ever in town, look them up. You won't be disappointed.

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the main house during a recent fishing trip. Old Florida style home with a huge dock for the boat, laid back location, with a beautiful view of the river. Communication with the owner was excellent, we hope to head back soon.

Great family place to be. Fishing from the pier is awesome... Kim the owner is the sweetest lady! Our family is now a frequent stayer our home away from home!

I have adored our time here this week, and truly hope we can return. Very secluded private quiet area tucked away from everywhere. Peaceful does not begin to describe it.

The cottages are just that...old primitive aged cottages. Floors are uneven, doors stick, bathroom is tiny...all part of the charm.

This is the perfect place to get away and relax AND fish!! We have had the best time fishing off the private dock along with taking out the kayaks. So many different species caught.
We have caught: speckled sea trout; hard-headed catfish; sail cats; puffer fish; red fish; jack crevalle; tarpon; ladyfish; and snook. Every day and every night the fishing is different. Absolute blast.
We also have been seeing dolphins, manatee and sea turtles almost every day.

I will say not the best place for children as there are limited things for them to do here.
That is fine. It will just be a nice adult getaway for us, and take the kids to another location.

Want a quite serene getaway in 'old Florida', then this place is perfect!

Pretty much the perfect getaway. Rent the main house and sit on the covered porch. The breeze is fantastic. Views of the IRL are spectacular. There are boat rental places nearby. Lots to see and do.

This is my first time here and for sure I'd be back. I'd recommend this place to anyone that loves to fish and be at peace. Lovely cottages, well kept and good parking also Dog friendly so bring your furry Friends.

Kim was a great host, easy access to the inlet and restaurants.
Enjoyed catching Snapper and drum off appear as well and saying an occasional Manatee and leopard Rays Swimming by. Just a fun place two-headed

Used for a meaningful staycation and it was everything I expected. Mrs. Pruitt was always available by phone to answer all questions.

Family, quiet place, especially if you are into fishing and kayaking. Full kitchen and grill place outside, but bathroom may be too small. Close to Vero Beach and Hutchinson Island, great place overall

Great place to stay every one was very friendly.
Recommend staying there for a great weekend away from home and good fishing on the docs.

The cottages are really nice with reasonable rates and dock access. Had a wonderful time and will definitely come again

Have a great boat launching facilities gas is available great places to eat most Artful chair accessible there is public restrooms great place for a bite to eat and a little Recreation mainly fishing

The cottages are quaint, nice places you can call home for a vacation or just a family get together. You get a little fishing in while your here as well as a little kiaking

This is our favorite place Kim and Robert are the best and their daughter Jeneve was so helpful..The cottages are beautiful and clean LOVE THIS PLACE
