Tony from Claims Aid showed up the day after Hurricane Ian hit our house. He handled everything from start to finish. I never had to speak with my Insurance Company. Which was great considering we had enough to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable about the whole process and We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended!!

I have never experienced hiring an adjuster but I’m sure glad I did. After the hurricane some time ago, the insurance sent someone to see how much damage was done to the roof. Needless to say it fell in the "deductible". This means the insurance was not paying because of their estimate of damage. We had a leaky roof. After a few months I was able to meet Mr. Hernandez who explained everything to me and sent his findings to the insurance. After they sent someone else who met with Mr. Hernandez, it was soon settled and we got a new roof. Thank you Mr. Hernandez. If you need help I would recommend this company.

Imagine walking into your newly purchased home and it's raining inside your living room!! After the initial horror and panic, I was referred to Mr. Hernandez to assist me with making an insurance claim. I didn't even know what an adjuster was!!! Thank God I called him!!! . . .
