They were okay. I thought my case was going to be handled with my first accident. But later found out that they would not take the case because of the same insurance company that the person who hit me had. Apparently it not legal for an insurance company to sue itself. When it's covered driver it is at fault. I pay for everything out of pocket and with my own coverage. Leaving me in debt.
