United Real Estate Preferred has been a godsend for me! Nick is always ready to assist and support me with any question I have. He is extremely knowledgeable and challenges me to think and learn (which I appreciate!). The office operates at a professional level and is highly organized. I always feel confident that everything is taken care of to a tee – Norma & Thomas are so helpful as well! It is such a great pleasure to be part of this wonderful brokerage, with outstanding leadership and agents that are incredibly supportive of each other :)

When I first started out in Real Estate, I though I had found a GREAT home to hang my license at, and I had. However, much like the process my buyers and sellers go through, sometimes it takes a little while to find the PERFECT home. For me, UREP is my perfect home. It is the BEST move I could have made for my career and for the benefit of the ones I love. The support, coworkers, CE classes, and ultimately the 100% commission split (as well as the endless other benefits not mentioned in this review) will keep me at UREP for the remainder of my time in this industry. Thank you Nick and then entire UREP staff for setting me up for success!! I look forward to many happy transactions together.

The best experience I could ask for. Joe is the type of person that thinks of the answer to your question before you ask it. Joe made the process of selling my house super simple, and care free. He knew the market in the area, and he even created a report for me to read about the surrounding homes for sale or that were recently sold. This really helped us dial in a proper selling price for our home. He included prices for some upgrades if we wished to include them (painting, small repairs, and touch ups that didn't cost us a lot, and added more value than we spent). His network of professionals gave us insight on different trades to use for all of the home repairs. The prices were very reasonable and the service was top quality. It makes you feel good that everyone in his network has the same goal of helping sell your home, as well as making sure you don't overspend in the process. Joe brought in a professional photographer to really showcase our home's assets, and made sure to share our listing on multiple outlets, so our home was in front of as many people as possible. Overall the experience with Joe was fantastic. He had my house under contract within 6 days of listing it and for the price I wanted. It did not end there. Joe kept me fully in the loop during the closing process, and he personally checked in on the house weekly (even during Hurricane Ian) to let me know if anything was needed. His attention to detail shined when the new owners buyers agent was new to the industry, and he helped guide them in the right direction to keep everything moving along swiftly. Long story short, if you want a real estate agent that adds a personal touch, and that is in tune with the current market, then Joe is your best choice. You will not be disappointed with his skill and innate kindness. Thank you Joe!!!!

Nick is the best Broker/Owner I have met so far in the industry. I recommend working with him at the agent level and as the client. I have been a real estate broker for 29 years...they have the best technology, training and service I have ever seen. I have seen every 100% model out there and Nick's business is far superior.

United Real Estate Preferred is the perfect place for new and experienced real estate agents. There are ample opportunities to take advantage of loads of free training and a broker who is always available. The 100% commission structure, along with the in-house transaction coordinator and marketing professional, make it much easier to succeed in this business. I decided to move my business to United Real Estate Preferred about 2 months ago. After thinking about it for a really long time I have no regrets. The best part is everything they offer to make sure you are successful. It’s a great company with wonderful people.

In 2018, UREP was able to sell our home quickly. It was a neighborhood that was built in 2007-2008 and the foreclosures kept our sales price lower. Nick Firios and his agents did a great job on getting us a terrific price!

Chris Gorgone is an asset to the firm. A very knowledgeable real estate agent who talks you though the steps of the home buying process. Very communicative with any questions you may have and knows to look for certain things in houses that other realtors may miss out on and that will save you from future headaches down the line.
