The office staff is very caring and understanding. The doctor listens and takes the time you need to address your questions and concerns. You are treated like a person, not a check coming in.

Dr Harpold and his staff are friendly and efficient. The office is modern and nicely furnished and decorated. They are very much on schedule and rarely keeps you waiting.

Dr Harpold is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He's easy to talk to and he listens to you. The office staff especially Gail and Wendy are very courteous, as well as the other staff members. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

VIP Care is the BEST EVER!!! I am in the best medical care with Dr, Harpold and his wonderful staff.
He very knowledgeable and very concerned regarding both me and my husbands medical issues. He is always attentive never rushes you. He is up to date with any reports that my other doctors send him. He goes above and beyond and this reflects onto his staff they are super they are always there to help, when ever you call you will always get an immediate response.

Dr Harpold is one of the best doctors my mom has. He talks to her like she is one of his good friends in for a visit, while addressing all of her medical issues accurately. He always listens to your input and goes above and beyond looking at every angle to give you the best options for your care.
Gail at the front desk is friendly, and helps you feel comfortable discussing anything questions you may have, without making you feel rushed. She listens, consults the doctor and always gets back with you right away.
We are very thankful to have them taking care of our mom.

My husband and I are very pleased with the whole staff at VIP. Dr. Harpold is always couteous and willing to answer all our questions and very knowledge able and professional. Wendee and Gail are extremely helpful and friendly! They always follow-up with us with our questions or issues too.

I can’t say enough about Dr Harpold and his assistant, and all the employees. It is the best group of people you could ever ask for and they’re very caring and take good care of all of us.

Dr. Harpold is a very kind Doctor and takes the time to listen to you and discusses your treatment options. All the ladies in the office are wonderful and quick to respond to any needs. When we speak with a staff member we feel like we are speaking to a friend. It is always a pleasant experience to visit Dr Harpold.

Just moved to area and most important task to complete was setting up PCP. I was so fortunate to become patient of Dr. Harpold. He is a very patient and compassionate person. His staff is fantastic and efficient. Gayle gets things done in a seamless manor where you don't have to worry about a thing. I was so impressed that my wife will be joining the practice as well.

Dr. and staff always responsive and caring. Best care I have received in Fla. I know they will respond to my issues promptly. They have demonstrated excellent medical knowledge and go way above most medical groups to help me with issues. I feel secure in their care, the office staff are friendly and caring and always accessible.
