When the time came to downsize to a smaller home, we decided on listing with Denise because I had full confidence in her knowledge of the Oviedo/ Winter Springs area, had the connections to bring in a qualified buyer, & the marketing tools to give our home the right exposure at the right time. Timing was critical as we had to get the house on the market before Spring Break so buyers planning to move to Florida could tour it .She enlisted a professional photographer to take gorgeous pictures. Although I was stressed out, Denise was never rattled. We went under contract in less than 14 days. Unfortunately, that deal fell apart, we had to re-list and once back on the market under contract with cash buyer in 5 or 6 days. Whew. She also helped me purchase my current home and even came over one night after I moved in to help me build some adirondack chairs. That was a good time. LOL Thanks so much Denise

Denise is the best realtor we could possibly have when purchasing house in Florida. We knew so little about the area, construction phases and coordination between the move from one state to another. Denise made it all possible for us in the most effortless and seamless way. She was at construction site helping with the lot selection while we were virtually on video, asked the right questions and supported us with the right information. We even didn’t need to fly back before the house was ready. The trust in our real estate broker was automatically there. She also helped us to coordinate the process with real estate broker in NJ while we were in the middle of the sale. She is caring , experienced, and can give best guidance you are looking for!
