Dunkin'

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in to be honest. It’s clean, the workers are mad nice,and amazingly my order always comes out right to my surprise.
Spoiler alert- they have happy hr from 3pm-6pm. So my iced coffee only cost me $2 and some change. Super cool😎😎😎
These people actually do their jobs right and are pretty chill with everyone. I wish I could give them a 10⭐ review.

I've written reviews for this store before, and it's been a mixed experience. I've written positive and negative reviews based primarily on the staff, which seems to be ever-changing. It's too bad that there's such a huge turnover in staff. The last couple of times I went there, though, I was served by a lovely young man named BRANDON. I hope he stays. He's professional, efficient, and friendly. Not like some of the other staff. Hi Brandon, I appreciate your good service!

Gotta get the same people used to working here.. every single time I go here something is different, too sweet, to stout, hot coffee cold, frozen drinks not blended enough.. I gave 5 stars because I know Dunkin is my favorite, they just have to get back to being consistent.

I’ve been to this dunkin numerous of times and I didn’t like coming here because of the customer service but since they’ve gotten this new employee name T I’ve decided that I’d give it a try again she’s very sweet and polite. Her customer service is everything and she makes my coffee just right 10/10 definitely worth coming back

Customers service is 10/10. Don’t know the managers name but he told me that the donut I had chosen was out. I told him not a problem and any would work. He gave me two for the inconvenience, which was greatly appreciated. My drink was also not made so he stepped up and made it himself. He apologized for the time it took but I really appreciate his work ethic. Thank you !!!

1st time coming to this Dunkin... There was a new employee being trained and I really like the way the trainer was doing things. I didn't mind the minute or 2 that I had to wait for her to explain stuff. My donut which was a Boston cream was delicious... For some reason that Dunkin' donuts in Ormond beach has been putting less and less Filling inside their donuts so I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful amount of goo. I didn't know what the difference was between a cold brew and an iced coffee but I got one of them for free just for buying a donut when she told me that the cold brew was stronger and that they were the same size I went ahead and got the cold brew... I wouldn't be drinking until I got at home and jazzed it up with my own creamers anyhow and a stronger coffee will go further for me.. The place was not very busy and it was really clean

Love the happy hour 1/2 off drinks. Always fast, usually made just right. Stay away from the one on Ridgewood by the sunshine mall, their frozen iced coffee machine is suspiciously always broken or being cleaned after 5pm. 🤔

My dog loves the pup cups and my wife loves the coffee! I miss the tomato basil grilled cheese, though! 😃

My husband & I are tea drinkers but wanted to get "special coffee" for friend who now resides in assisted living. Staff were very friendly & helpful--especially knowing I'm not coffee savvy. They set me up with 2 large black coffees with the "fixins". Our friend truly enjoyed this treat. Thank you. P.S: Maybe Dunkin Donuts could occasionally bring some coffee to nursing homes to treat the residents. Think of it as positive PR.😉

Even being there a little later in the morning, they still had the doughnut I wanted, was very surprised and happy to say the least. Our Iced Vanilla Bean Latte was great as well

All the staff here is awesome they all do whatever they can to get your order completed they are very short-staffed due to the covet but they do the best I can never had a complaint actually enjoy seeing them highly recommend this location

Dunkin Donuts is notorious for being at their busiest hours in the morning time, right? Cause who doesnt love coffee, bright and early in the morning?! Well I go quite frequently to the drive thru and the lines are always extremely long, however I am tended to pretty fast, given the long lines. Coffee is always exceptional as well.

Visit daily I think. Love Happy hour when my large Pumpkin and cream ice coffee is half price. Also had the pumpkin muffin. I wait all year for fall to get these fun treats.

I'm visiting family in Daytona for the week and have gone to this location every morning for my coffee. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, attentive, and always make my coffee just the way I like it. This is the only Dunkin I will come to on my next visit.

The best for Happy Hour hot or cold coffee and Dunky Delicious Donut's. The staff is always prepared, friendly and go the distance to serve everyone with a smile. Need an afternoon pick up or start your morning going to this D &D 😊

Today was particularly busy because of Bike Week but even still I didn't have to wait longer than like 8 min to order, get my coffee, and get out and my coffee is perfect! 😊

Staff on Nova rd oustanding!!! Shelby and Austin got me in/out with a smile ticket 713 never came so quick. The LPGA location ignored me for 5 min without as much as a hello. NOVA rd has my$$$ all day everyday. Cudos to the mgmnt style because it is reflected in the crew. Elijah Punter

Ordered an iced vanilla chai tea latte and a everything bagel. The drive through was quick, and the staff was polite. My chai was delicious and the bagel was cooked perfectly. Would visit again.
