When my mother’s washer died out of no where I looked at a few different options for replacement, getting it fixed, purchasing a new one or even used. I was unsure what the best option was and didn’t want to inherit someone else’s problem. I had recently paid off a lap top through Aaron’s so we stopped by to see what they could offer. Garrett was super helpful showing us the best priced options and making sure it fit what my mom was looking for. The application process was very easy and before long we were choosing a date and time for delivering her new washing machine! Overall our experiences with Aaron’s have been amazing and with the 120 days same as cash option you really can’t go wrong!

I was going to give a 1 star review. But the new sales manager Gareett solved all my issues. This store is wonderful. From the delivery drivers, Jordan,Rob and Ciara everyone stepped in to make my day.

I had an issue with installing my gas dryer and Dennis from the Longwood Location, went out of his way to resolve this problem. I’m so grateful and I recommend this store 100%
I also bought my Couches at this store. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable and accommodates their customers with hours of delivery and making payments. Thank you so much! I’m a very happy customer 👍

The furniture is really nice! Customer service agents and the Store Manger are great.

During this pandemic it was obvious the delivery date would be pushed out. Its like that everywhere. We have tried multiple furniture stores and Aarons (specifically Mitzi) came through for us. We ordered the bedroom set of my dreams and Mitzi didn't give up on us. She was so patient and courteous with me. It was almost like she was going through all this with me. She was on top of my order THE ENTIRE TIME! I couldn't be more grateful for the staff at the casselberry location. Their customer service in impeccable. They truly do care! And to top it off, I never felt like a burden. Thank you Mitzi and team! I couldn't be happier with the service and product. You guys are amazing.

The Casselberry store is AMAZING. I love Aaron's in general and have done business with several locations. They've all been great but I really love dealing with the Casselberry store. Dennis is by far thee best store manager you could ever come across. You can tell he cares about his store and his customers. I had some difficult times lately and he's just been so kind and compassionate. I love the whole staff. Maribel is so helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the products. The delivery guys are always respectful and I enjoy working with them all. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this team.

I originally called to check to see they had the laptop I wanted. I applied and got approved for a lower amount than I needed. After about 30 minutes of not finding something comparable - I thought I was going to have to give up.

However, the manager at this location was able to get me what I wanted at a good price!

I'm very pleased with my experience at Aarons. I WILL be going back!

I went in for bedroom furniture to buy outright. They didn't have much available, and nothing in white, which is what I want. The manager called the outlet in Daytona for me, but they were sold out of bedroom furniture. So he gave me suggestions of other stores to try. My mom was with me and asked about leather sectionals in specific colors for her house. Aaron's doesn't carry them, but the manager did some research online and gave her suggestions, and even took the time to explain what bonded leather was, and pros and cons, as well as microfiber, even though he knew he wasn't going to make a sale from either of us. I was SO impressed with the customer service. I wish I could give them my business, because they sure did deserve it!

Just had a great experience with a manger at Aarons by the name of Mark. Really appreciated the time that was taken to get me situated and also the urgency to get my items to me. I look forward to adding a few more items in the future.

I have been working with Aaron's now going on probably a year and a half and I have had nothing but a good experience Mark the general manager is awesome and has done great deals for me along with Dee one of the sales ladies there I would go nowhere else I highly recommend shopping here in Longwood the best customer service anywhere

always received everything I call the store or go in person that I experience with Denis and Dee, these two amazing people has always help me very kind and courteous will help you what ever you need to get you in a good deal, Denis will listen and work with you I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good deal...… I want to said the new manager Mark we have a bit of a rough start but he went on and beyond fix my contract and did an awesome price on my both TVS he gave me better deal than thought .Mark thank you will send my friend to you anytime.

Everything! I don't care what negative people say about this rent to own thing.it works for me ! I have bad credit history from the wrong choices i did when i was younger.And if it weren't for Aarons i would never be able to afford the things that i got from them.I got my first flat screen TV , Very nice Sofa and now I'm almost done with my washer & dryer payments! Anyone that complaints about Aaron's is because they don't pay the bill.And the employees At my store here in Casselberry, Fl are very kind and helpful a great group of people. So what they charge high interest like the credit cards .But i get to take it home and if anything goes wrong they fix the problem right away! SO AARON'S THE BEST STORE FOR ME! Thank You!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and got answers for the ones they didnt know off the top of their heads. They worked with us to get the best price. We needed a laptop and they listened to our needs and didn't try to upsell us. They were wonderful and I definitely reccomend them.

Great service, Great manager. My 70 inch tv had green lines on the screen. after a few days I called the store and the manager right away sent me a new tv. Very attentive !

Highly recommend !! We went in found a couch we liked but unfortunately it was already sold so Monica and the manager called another store and got us our couch the other store didn’t want to give it up but they convinced them to let us have it they even drove to Daytona beach just to get it and had it delivered in record time ! We can’t thank y’all enough! Really great service and nice employees !!

I love Aaron's, I can get what I want and I don't have to pay all of it at first I can pay on it monthly and they align it to the date I get paid and they go above and beyond for me, I have any issue and they solve it
