Where do I start? Crystal is an amazing hair stylist. She is very knowledgeable about healthy hair and will give you all the advice you will need. So glad my mom told me about Crystal. She didn’t disappoint me at all.

I had a virtual visit with Crystal and she is just as nice via her virtual visit as I see her on her YouTube channel, she was prompt to the appt I did not have to wait in fact I was two minutes late signing in. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what my hair needs, as I’m sure would be even better if I was sitting in front of her. All in all I enjoyed my virtual appointment with Crystal and hope to be able to visit her salon in person as I can see she really cares about her clients hair health.

I am super skeptical of who I let do my hair because of bad experiences. I am in town for a few weeks and needed my hair done. I found Crystal online and I am happy that I did! I have relaxed hair and was experiencing breakage. She examined my hair before beginning, recommended a treatment, and explained everything she was doing along the way. My hair is 12 weeks post relaxer and you wouldn’t be able to tell after walking out of her shop. My hair looks and feels great. To add to that she is very personable and made this appointment as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to make the appointments with her a routine while I’m here. I purchased the Elite hand held steamer, Moist -Me Deep conditioner and the hair repair and growth shampoo. I must say I love, love the Moist me deep conditioner ! my hair feels silky and soft after the use of the shampoo and conditioner. I just purchased two more of the conditioners before the Holiday shipping begins to be a headache. Thank you! will be re-ordering as soon as I get to my last jar

I live in Texas. Watched and learned how I should take care of my hair. I have purchased shampoos, hair care stuff. Love how my hair is very soft after shampooing. I have even taken her supplies to my hairdresser to use. Love how I know the steps my hairdresser should be doing. ( cold water to rinse, etc).Very educational, would love for Crystal to treat my hair.

I frequently visited Orlando before moving here permanently so I’ve been following Crystals Instagram for a while looking for stylists to care for my natural hair. As soon as I walked into the shop I knew I made the correct decision to book with Crystal. I got to my appointment about 30 mins early and was able to watch her work on other clients hair. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of service she was providing. When it was my turn to sit in the chair she thoroughly discussed the service I booked (I wasn’t sure if it was feasible initially because the way my hair was previously treated) and explained to me the process she was going to take to achieve the color I wanted. Let’s just say my hair came out PERFECT. Everyone has been stopping me and complimenting on the color. I also love how soft and full it looks. Crystal has definitely gotten a permanent client out of me from now on! I couldn’t be more satisfied with her professionalism, personality and service.

Although this was not the place that my service was performed, the stylist Crystal is the same! While being very down to earth, Crystal is one class act! Her skills are impeccable and her knowledge of her craft is amazing. She specializes in hair’s health over hair’s length and it shows. If your hair needs tlc she is the stylist to see!

I've never been to a salon before to receive a silk press and I was a bit apprehensive because some stylists like to trim off to much of your hair. Crystal was welcoming, gave me the experience of a life time and trimmed my hair to the point of where it still had its length and body! I was very pleased, and I will go to her every time I want a silk press done!
