Made a SAME DAY appointment on a Monday to renew my drivers license. Kelly was super kind and handled everything I needed very efficiently. In and out in about 30 minutes. And it was packed in there!

My most recent visit five stars is for the lady of color working the front desk. She was kind respectful and not just helpful, but knowledgeable. The line guard was nice and helpful too. My teller was obviously new and it showed by way of ignorance and the man next to basically did her work for her. Last time I was there I was lied to and it resulted in me wasting two years. I was told I could get sr22 for three years or wait out three years. I was lied too so two years later I find out it's a lie.....so being ignorant in that job IS NOT OKAY learn your craft!!!!

Everyone hates going to the Dmv . Me this has been the best experience ever I have ever received the person that went above and beyond for me was Mrs Tamarra . I was told onething then when I came in today it was something totally different thankful I had all my paperwork the woman I spoke to before she got her boss right away both of them were amazing was able to get it done without any big Hassel thank god. And apologize for the other person giving me false information.

I used to bemoan going to the DMV or tag office. No more. The staff is friendly, helpful, expedient, and frankly, they have completely changed my outlook on going to get these services done. My cashier John was super nice, helpful, and got me in an out quickly.

Suggest everyone use the DMV Website to schedule an appointment. I arrived nine minutes late for my appointment and was still in and out in less than ten minutes. My Customer Service professional was as kind as She was efficient. Thank-You DMV Daytona. You are rocking it.

I was seen by Mr Devin and im young so going to tax collectors i always learn something new. He was so patient with me and understanding.. and I definitely gave him a run for his money. So thank you again Mr. Devin for being so kind and fast during the process!

Moved from NC and came here to get my FL license. I made an appointment online and was seen at exactly my appointment time. I brought all the necessary documents, got my new FL license, registered to vote, and was done in under 20 minutes with no wait. Highly recommend coming here for new residents, definitely make an appointment.

Great experience, everyone here is very nice compared to the ruthless and inefficient staff in NYC, even if it rains, the staff will still copy the VIN with me in the parking lot

Peak times are 11-1 and 4-6 right before lunch I got my registration and new plate in under 15 minutes. I was out and all I got were smiles and a positive attitude..Dont go in there all mean loud nasty impatient rude petty and privileged. Time will drag for you.

Staff was pleasant and efficient, especially Devin, very courteous and helpful. Wait on a Fri afternoon of a holiday weekend was not very long, approximately an hour in and out.

Went with my fiance to register a car and Kaila at window 13 was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to resolve our issue and saved us a bunch of time. Also, this office has a great feel with tall ceilings, less closed in than other tax collector offices.

Erica was so nice! Fast and friendly. Only 5 stars because of her…the clerk lady was quick to respond and sounded like she had an attitude if anyone asked her a question.

This DMV service provides the best service, all things considered for a state agency, scheduling a date in advance in the best way to get an appointment.

I was able to go out side and sat in my truck when i was next they text me and let me know.
