I could not be happier. I’m a musician with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and have never found a truer audio experience with headphones. Super comfortable, I just wore them for a transatlantic flight, they feel better than having the over the ear traditional noise cancelling headsets.
The customer service is TOPS! Nobody comes close in this day and age to the personal service given by this company. Bravo!

InEarz Audio is about quality, correctness and I can see perfectionist in everything they do. The customer service is easy to understand and responsive in a way I can understand (I know I said this twice but is import to understand the conversation right?). I had owned many hearing device over the years since I was little and this is just an awesome place to do business because these people that work here cares in what they do and the people they do it for.

I purchased my first set of custom IEMs from them this past week and could not be happier. They displayed amazing customer service right from the beginning. I did not know they did the impressions themselves so I went to a local Audiologist to get my impressions, after I sent them over I received a call from them saying they in order to get the most quality in ears I should get new impressions. They offered for me to come into their office and they would do the impressions for free! I was told by Martin in customer service that my in ears would take about 3-4 weeks upon delivery of my impressions but once again they exceeded my expectations by completing them in UNDER 2 WEEKS! When I arrived at the office that same day, a representative was kind enough to walk me through putting them, how they worked, and all the goodies that were included. As we were finishing up I inquired about purchasing some of their famous earplugs that don't drown out sound but make it easy on the ears. He then went into the back pulled some out of them box and walked me through how they worked and I wound up taking them home as well. He also included a great little keychain case for free of charge. I couldn't be happier with my experience with InEarz Audio. I had gotten plenty of recommendations for them and I will now highly recommended them as well. The raw product is fantastic, (I have a set of euphoria's) I can't live without them. If you genuinely love hifi audio, spending the higher ticket price for an item like this seems daunting but it's been worth every penny.
Their service and repair process was quick and free within warranty and let me do pickup instead of shipping as I live in central florida. Highly recommend from all angles!

Top notch quality, fit & finish! Customer service is quick and responsive. I had owned several other company's in-ear monitor systems and had numerous failures on finish and mechanics. Inearz is a fantastic company all-around with ZERO issues. And way better customization options than most of the others. Well worth it!

They have an amazing operation, the front office staff is so wonderful to work with. As a working drummer I was able to get exactly what i wanted with no hassles. The owner himself even fitted me for my in ear monitors. such an amazing company and group of people. I personally will not use any other in ear monitor company again. InEarz is the company to go to for personal interaction with the staff and they will take care of your in ear monitor needs. 5 stars for sure if not more!

Phenomenal products and services!

I sent my universal monitors in to be re-shelled to custom monitors and couldn't be happier with the product, service, and support of Inearz Audio.

The sound signature of my beloved monitors was not changed at all, the custom shells look amazing, fit perfectly, and the product arrived when I was told it would. I have no hesitation recommending Inearz to anyone.

Beyond providing me with perfect monitors, the staff has been courteous, helpful, and friendly. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with personal attention and in a timely manner.

Overall a fantastic experience.

1 No one makes a Bluetooth compatible devices at this point.

Pros
1. This connector can not be plugged in in reverse, (more idiot proof than the 2 pin)
2. Snappy feel, aspires confidence, feels robust.

My take on the 6 speaker systems. Great for live performance when you do need to hear the bass. In a live situation the vibrations from the Subs, allow you to feel the bass.... The audio in all 6 speaker models cuts off frequencies lower than 30hz. while in a live situation hearing the bass may not be all that important, for general use, it lacks the bass frequencies.

Adels: I recommend the extra spaciousness Adel.

I also recommend Nirvana or Utopia for general music listening and true to recording. The mids in Nirvana are a little more pronounced as to Utopia.

I went with Utopia, due to no cross-overs. I assume more true to what was actually recorded. I may be wrong. I could tell Nirvana from Utopia apart wearing a blindfolds.

But for the price Nirvana is %95 there to be exact the same quality sound.

Good customer service as good as it gets, very nice and conjugal people to deal with.

Best of all its Made in USA.

The craftsmanship of the hearing protectors is above all other manufacturers, so comfortable and effective that you almost forget they are in there. InEarz customer service is superb, totally committed to providing no-hassle customized in-ear monitors and hearing protectors.

The presale questions were answered promptly. The customer service is awesome. I contacted them via phone and email. My overall experience was fantastic! Great job on the iems! I used it for two sets this past weekend and I LOVED it! The quality of work and great customer service is a reason to use this company.

I just received my custom quad driver iems. It was a newer design that I was able to preview when I visited their store and shop. The folks at Inearz are supportive and honest. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had my first custom IEM's reshelled here recently and could not be any happier with my experience. Kaysen handled my account and was extremely helpful in answering my many questions and inquiries--(too many----I was a little excited about getting these just right). My order involved some complex stipulations on an already complex pair of monitors. They came back to me on time, as promised and as beautiful as I had hoped. Thank you Kaysen and Inearz!

Love my InEarZ...I had the UMPro30's from Westone and the universal fit in my left ear was great, but I could never get a good fit in my right ear. In fact, I'd get a bad headache after about 30 minutes of wearing them. When I got my impressions made my audiologist asked me if I swam a lot and/or if the water in NZ is cold... Um, yes and yes... She said I had a bump in my ear canal that is common among people who swim/surf a lot as youngsters, or where the swimming water is cold. Its only in my right ear.... Hence the bad headache.... So, I sent in my molds and my UMPro30's to be re-skinned. WOW! What a difference, these things are snug and fit great. There is no leakage of sound, and so my bass response is really good now. I have to be careful though, they are so well fitting that I've had to re-assess what level I run my Wireless IEM gear at - it gets loud in my ears quick (but it sounds great). I HIGHLY recommend these guys to re-skin your IEMS if you need that service. :-)
