We have been working with Jorge Cardona Insurance for years now and the service has always been consistent and they have always responded to my questions and needs. They provide me always different quotes so I can decide which coverage is the best for me. For once I found a place where I do not have to shop around in order to save money because they do this for me! Great place, service and pricing!!!

Tienen que mejorar la comunicación con el
Cliente no solamente limitarse a enviar un correo electrónico , en mi caso la responsabilidad de no pagar la póliza a tiempo es mia, cambié de banco y no tenía la nueva tarjeta registrada no lo recordaba, ellos solo enviaron un correo que apenas lo veo hoy y luego enviaron correos a mis empleadores diciendo que la póliza fue cancelada por falta de pago, casi pierdo mi trabajo años de sacrificios para llegar a ser un sub contratista y por poco lo pierdo por no tener comunicación con el cliente directa, aquí todos los seguros y todos las empresas Agotan los recursos de correos electrónicos y llamadas hasta envían mensajes de texto para recordar los pagos, no solamente limitarse a enviar un correo electrónico.
Y más en este tiempo que estamos viviendo con todo lo de la pandemia no deberían limitarse y cancelar una póliza sin agotar todos los medios.

I called Jorge for a homeowners insurance quote. I told him I'm shopping around. He asked me why I'm wasting his time, because I was shopping for a good policy. The conversation was only 10 seconds. I would recommend people to stay clear of someone with this mindset. This guy shouldn't be an insurance agent.

I have never been so disrespected by anyone the way Jorge responded to myself and my co-worker. Not only was I cursed off and hung up on, but threatened. I would steer clear of this company at all costs.
