Super-duper professional and we loved it. They explained everything up front, reminded us on the way, answered questions as they came up, reminded us of upcoming tasks and clarified our desires for things like our 1031, insurance and how we wanted to hold the property. So nice 🙂

The main benefit of working with a large firm as them is that - there is team of people working on your account. People or staffing issues such as time-offs don’t affect you as someone else in the same team picks up your task.
