The manager John (I think his last name starts with D.) was an absolute ANGEL so patient with my issue on returning a wrong part. There were some underlying issues with the other store. However, he could have just sent me along my way and said sorry you’re screwed. He didn’t he went above and beyond! I work in customer service doing quality assurance. This manager did an excellent job. He had a line of 5 people phones ringing etc. he still helped me. I wanted to take the time to say Advanced Auto you have a phenomenal employee/asset on your hands he deserves the recognition. Thank you John D. For assisting me with my return of the oxygen sensors. Your time and patience made my evening. Thank you! This was the Advanced Auto on a Ridgewood in Daytona Beach FL btw.

We were doing field research when our vehicle showed signs of a bad battery. The battery completely gave out by the time we got to the store. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we got back on the road safely. His assistance was greatly appreciated considering we had a 2-hour drive still to get home. Thanks for the phenomenal customer service, Carlos!!

I was assisted by a really kind gentleman, one of the managers I believe. I had to change out my windshield wipers, he changed them for me, helped me pick them out, and even helped me find a coupon. I tried to tip him but he wouldn't accept so leaving this review. It was a very pleasant experience. I am grateful for the help and kindness.

I've been doing business here for almost 2 years. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. But my go to guy is Issac. He's super knowledgeable about many different kinds of vehicles. I have 2 antique Mercedes Benz and Issac always gets it right the first time. Good quality parts and good prices. Excellent return policy. When I order parts they arrive promptly and correct. Will continue to do business here.

They had excellent customer service the gentlemen who was working took the time to not only help Me locate the appreciate but to go over the items discription so I could make a final decision in grabbing the right product.

I spoke to a Mr. Jaden when I came into the store for help on a specific part and he was very helpful and enthusiastic in his work. Could tell he was new, but he did his best to get me what I needed and on my way. It’s great to see the store make a turn around with fresh young faces and definitely will be back again. The store is very clean and organized it was easy to find exactly what I was shopping for in the well stocked aisles. The counter help was fast, courteous and knowledgeable about the parts and trimmings to add to my car they were happy to help me set up my purchase too what more can you ask for!

The staff is excellent. I had a unique situation the other day and Sean was very helpful. He is the GM. I work with Advanced quiet frequently. They will always go out of there way to help out!

Incredible service, Karl is a real gentleman who went above and beyond to save our vacation, changing the battery in our van in the pouring rain. Thank you for having such a caring and helpful staff.

Like most AAP stores this has a great location, very clean store and super friendly staff. I have done a number of online orders ready for pickup. All i do is show my id if the clerk doesn't know me by name. Sign my receipt and i am done. Use the SpeedPerks program and save $5-$20 on each purchase. Also buy online and save up to 25%. Good parts and helpful staff.

An employee named Jordan went out of his way to deliver OUTSTANDING customer service. We had a brake light out and he helped to pick out the correct item, then helped us install it since we were traveling. Way to go Jordan! Good enough customer service that I'm writing about this 3 weeks after.

Have a commercial accounts with the Advance Auto Parts on Madison Avenue and Ridgewood in Daytona Beach the person I speak with the most is Brandon very helpful and very knowledgeable when I go in at night I speak with George mother very helpful knowledgeable person Sean is their leader I believe there is the management but Brandon's the man to see if you have a commercial account is very knowledgeable in what he does

They were Nice.Went in for A part to go on my car. They had it I was out in second. Was very pleased.Nice people's work there. I Will go there again.for sure.

Always have what u need, even if u have to travel. All 4 stores in each city. Ormond right off Nova road. And Daytona store off Mary McLeod Bethune and Nova. South Daytona store off Beville in front of the old Sam's Club that has since been relocated off to Tanger Outlets. And the last one located off Nova in Port Orange.

They are great. My boss uses pro desk every day. When need be I pick up the parts and they are always ready.

The two gentlemen working were so very helpful. They helped me find out what was causing an issue with my car and found a part that all the other stores said they do not carry, that I would have to go to a dealership mechanic.
