Karola is a godsend! I’ve been with Shapiro insurance for over 13 years for home and auto and while my insurance carrier might have changed once or twice -I will never leave their agency!

Short story -I had an error occur with my banking that resulted in a lapse in coverage. It ended up being a great ending (new carrier lower rates same coverage ) to what could’ve been a nightmare) no Insurance coverage and suspended license)

But what really deserves praise is how professional and caring Karola was for the entire process. She immediately resolved what was causing me a lot of stress (and without judgement ) and gave me peace of mind.

I wish the office was in lake Mary near me so I could run over and give her a hug!

Called on April 23rd, 2024 at 12:06 and was the manager would return my phone call. Called again on April 25th, 2024 at 12:06 again no phone call returned. Their receptionist Anna does an excellent job of hanging up on on a regular basis. Today is May 1st, 2024 and still no phone. This agency offers no service when needed. They must have too many customers.

Good luck getting help with anything !! Signed up with an agent in Casselberry, upon renewal I was shipped off to Jacksonville with no personal agent ! Every time I call they cant help me. I have spent more time on hold than speaking with a human. Purchased a car and sent them a copy of the Vin number and they put the wrong vin on my policy !!

Never got a call back guess yhey don't need the business
