Highly recommend Mechanics Plus! Had several issues with one of our work vans, but luckily Brian and the crew were able to get it fixed. They kept in contact throughout the entire process explaining the diagnostics and repairs to be made. Excellent communication, knowledgeable and quick to get the vehicle back on the road. Small honest business that prioritizes customer service, unlike many other shops. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future.

Was looking for a new mechanic and came across this company. This is a small shop but very down to earth. The staff was friendly and helped me get my truck repaired. The prices were fair and plan to make them my new home for servicing my two vehicles.

This is the most honest, best priced mechanic shop around. These guys know their stuff and won't rip you off. Highly recommend this shop.

Tiffany is amazing. She watches out for her customers. I took my car in today thinking it needed a tune-up. She had ther equally amazing team of mechanics check out my car and all it needed was a oil change. Terrific people. I completely trust them to take care of my car. Mechanics Plus has worked on my cars several times now. They have always been straightforward, knowledgeable, and fair. They have never recommended a more expensive repair than is necessary. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I love this establishment! Honesty and mechanics don't always go hand in hand, but it definitely does at this place. My first experience here was having my A/C Condenser replaced which was done at a fair price and most importantly, fixed properly! I had this done several years ago and have had no issues since. My second instance at this location was for a dented muffler. They checked out the muffler which was working fine, but sounded a bit different. They advised me to leave it be because it was working fine and didn't even charge me to look at it. In fact, I even offered to pay, but they refused and told me to bring the car back when something was actually wrong with it. I don't believe I have EVER heard that statement in my life from a mechanic, which made me forever a customer and refer everyone I know to this establishment. Most recently I went in to have some work done on my brakes which my local stealership quoted me some ridiculous amount and attempted to add a number of other things which I knew were working fine. I took my vehicle to Mechanics Plus and again I was charged a fair amount and only the things that needed to be fixed, were fixed. I'm now happy again.

The young lady at the front explains everything in detail so there is no confusion. This place is simply fantastic! Fast service, fair prices, and an honest diagnosis of your vehicle's issue(s)...you can't go wrong with Mechanics Plus.

Brought my van here after replacing too many parts trying to figure out a high idle. After having it for a few hours Mike was able to point me in the right direction and my van is running great now. Amazing customer service, not once did I feel like I was paying for something that was not needed.

So honest. Took my car there to fix an issue with my gear box and they looked at it and she went and found out it was covered under a recall and told me to take it to Ford to get it done for free. Wow, who does that. Thank you Tiffany. They will fix your car and not lie to your wallet.

There is no better mechanic shop than Mechanics Plus. I trust them 100% with my vehicles. They're knowledgeable and honest, I've recommended them to my co-workers, my family, friends and the ones that have used Mechanics Plus services have always been happy with the results. The staff are very friendly and will do whatever they can to help you. I've used their services for the past 3 years and have zero complaints.

My wife and I have been coming here for years now and they are the best. Not only with the work they do but also they are very kind people. They always give a heads up on what repairs they are planning on doing before they start, so that you are never charged for work you didn't wont done. We will continue using them for as long as we are able to drive

I had my suv towed here after it died on me! Come to find out it’s the alternator. All I can say is the customer service is AMAZING and the prices are reasonable! I’m definitely bringing my car here anytime I have a issue with it!

Best mechanic shop I've ever interacted with :) My car wasn't starting, which could be about 20 different issues. Tiffany took the time to talk through the potential problems with me, explaining them in a way that someone without automotive experience could understand. After some adjustments were made and the car was starting again she helped me with things to look out for in the future in case there was an issue in a different system contributing to the problem. They were incredibly quick and thoughtful in regards to the repairs and the situation. Repairs were affordable and considerations were made to the specifics of my particular situation, which shows a ton of care. Highly recommend this business over a chain! Going to be coming here from now on for routine maintenance just for the attention to detail, insight into preventative measures, and integrity of the staff. Thanks so much!!

Would highly recommend Mechanics Plus. They had my starter repaired in under a day. Staff was very professional and explained every issue with my car so I understood. They even let me know of future issues to look out for. Also reasonably priced! If you want a no hassle, honest, and speedy repair go to Mechanics Plus!

The mostly great reviews I read about this shop is what led me here. Thank God for these reviews or i'd probably still be searching for a good mechanic. I brought my car here because coolant had been leaking which was worrying me quite a bit. Fortunately it wasn't a major expensive repair (but still bad enough to be taken seriously because coolant leaks can lead to much worse problems). I was in and out of that shop in less than 2 hours. Would have been even less if I didn't show up during their lunch break hour.

The lady that was helping me while I was there (can't recall her name unfortunately) was very polite. She explained to me the warranty I had for the new part they had to install and if I continued to have any further issues with the coolant, then they would be happy to take another look. This was about 3 weeks prior to this review and my coolant level hasn't dropped at all and I haven't noticed any leaks underneath the car. I'll be coming back to Mechanics Plus the next time there is an issue with my car.

To all my friends in Orlando, if you ever have any issues whatsoever with your car this is the place to go to. This morning I was quoted $400 by the Hyundai dealership to replace my entire tail light to resolve an issue. Brought my car to Mechanics Plus without an appointment and within 15 minutes they had resolved my issue and didn't even charge me a dime. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or service from the team here. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and will tell anyone who will listen about them.
