We just rented a two bedroom condo at Sea Fern condos this past week and LOVED it! the condo was updated and very clean. We even had a designated covered parking space which kept our vehicle much cooler. My family of four was extremely pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and all three were memory foam. The balcony was amazing and has four rocking chairs. The flat screen TVs were great with a huge selection of channels and streaming options. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only one suggestion for the kitchen -- adding a blender would be helpful to make frozen drinks, slushies, etc. There were also a lot of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, etc. The showers were amazing with great water pressure. The only other suggestion I could add for the owner, would be to add a curtain over the first bedroom window. There are blinds for privacy, but it would be nice to be able to close a pair of curtains to block some of the light coming through. Other than those two suggestions, I can't think of anything else that would make this condo any better! We were in a perfect location. The beach was nice and never crowded. The pool was usually free with very few people using it. Plus we were just about 5 miles from all of the action at the Daytona strip, plenty of grocery options, and restaurants not too far away as well. We will definitely consider this condo again should we return to Daytona for a third year. Thank you!! :)

Summer and company did a great job while I was renting from Oceans one condominium. They were very fast and attentive, to all of my needs. Would trust them to handle anything related.

We were looking for a nice pet friendly vacation rental in Florida. We discovered the Ponce Inlet Realty. We talked to Donna. She was very friendly and informative. But, unfortunately, no LARGE pets were allowed in the New Symerna and Ponce Inlet area. Actually, there were a couple but they were already rented for our time period. We will be working with them the next time that we are looking for a rental in that area. We highly recommend this place. But no dogs are allowed on the beach,although they do have pet friendly small beach areas.

Great people to do business with. When we go back to Daytona we will continue to rent thru them. They take care of any problems you have with the condo and its done as timely as you can expect. Plus they dont rip you off with extra meaniless fees like VRBO does. Check them out, I dont think you will be disappointed.

First time using Ponce Inlet Realty for my vacation rental to daytona. I highly recommend them. Check in and and check out were so easy. The place was everything described and more (twin towers unit 1207). Great communication and best service.

Have used Ponce Inlet Realty for the last 2 years to rent summer vacation condos and they are wonderful to work with. Beth, Donna, and Paula were so helpful this year as I had last minute conflicts and they still got us booked for 4th of July week! Very professional but also very friendly and down to earth people.
