Andre was great and patiently waited with me while I proceeded to "try on" every single sofa in the store. Then, he helped me find the right one without being overly pushy. Great experience....something I never thought I would say about a furniture store. Military friendly was a definite plus!

I was greeted promptly by Marcie, but was not hovered upon. Marcie checked in with me to see if I had any questions, then disappeared as quickly as she appeared. As soon as I had a question, I looked at her and she came right over, answered my questions, then left me to my browsing. Upon finding a couch that I really liked, she came to ask if I had any questions, which I did. She answered all of my questions and at that point I decided to purchase that couch. While completing the paperwork, she sat me and my family in the massage chairs they have set up, and we enjoyed a nice massage while she wrapped things up for me. A few signatures later, I was walking out the door, looking forward to my couch arriving at my house in 4 days. Never did I feel rushed, nor did I feel pressured. For that reason I'll be back for my next furniture purchase.

After visiting almost every furniture store in Daytona Beach, we stopped by Furniture Row on the way home. We were warmly greeted by Robert who was very knowledgeable about the extensive inventory and items on sale. We found a 3-piece living room group we fell in love with. We were very happy with the quality of the furniture and the excellent financing option. We would definitely recommend Furniture Row!

Andre was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. No sales pitch, just showed us what would work with what we needed.
Every time we have been in all the associates have been courteous. And of course the dining side is always helpful, Thank you Craig!! And Ray! Now my dining room is complete.

We had never heard of Denver Mattress Co or the Furniture Row before now but so glad we found them. We were looking for a new mattress and bedroom set. Jake and Nicolas were both so very helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in any way to purchase anything. They made shopping easy...listened to our needs/wants and led us in the right direction on everything. They explained all the pricing, warranties and extras without pushing anything we didn't want. We did find a fabulous set and mattress and are thrilled we stopped in to take a look!

We purchased this beautiful Conrad living room set for an incredible deal. Highly recommend. The store employee was very knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to. She said nice things about our dogs so she’s alright in my book. We came in with 20 minutes before close and sat on every leather couch in the place. We were never rushed or pushed to buy anything. We came across the deal of a lifetime, from the first look of the stunning grey and the first kick back of the footrest, I knew we found our dream couch at Furniture Row

From start to finish my experience with Furniture Row was exemplary. Andre, the sales agent, mirrored back to me everything I was looking for in the furniture. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and understood exactly what I was looking for. The delivery crew, Alex and Richard, were very professional and personable. They set up my recliner, couch and chair with no fuss no muss, and walked me through operating instructions. My daughter referred me to Furniture Row and I would gladly pay the favor forward.

What an easy, no pressure, buying experience! Josh was very knowledgeable on products, and knew exactly what we were looking for! They even provided lollipops for the little ones. We shopped for a sectional at multiple stores, but just felt out of place. This is where I knew I wanted to do business just moments after walking in the door. The pleasure started with the store. Such nice looking place. Jake was a joy to have as the person to help me with my decision making and so attentive to my 98 yearold mom, getting a wheelchair for her and making sure she was included in the experience.

Service was great and they have a lot of beautiful furniture and mattresses to choose from. Craig helped my husband and I pick out a bedroom set and Zachariah helped us select the best mattress for us. They were both very nice and knowledgeable about the furniture and mattresses. Zachariah even stayed late to help us select the best mattress for us. I will definitely shop here again!

Great experience. Bigger selection than most places I visit plus they have a great clearance section in the back. Jake Griffith was extremely kind and professional. Help me pick out a great set and was able to work around my busy schedule for delivery and installation. Will be coming back for more as I improve my home.

I reached out a week ago to seek the status of a chair that looked to be no longer in stock. Paul assisted with letting me know that he could order one would reach out on Saturday after returning to the store. This morning, without fail and as promised, called me to place the order and got everything up! Fantastic company and fantastic employees... This will definitely ensure I return when in need of additional furniture for my home!

As we walked into the store, Marcy, the associate came up immediately and welcomed us, and gave us information regarding sales for the weekend, and we just felt really welcome and at the end I found these picture frames are extremely steep discount, and there was one that was only the frame that I liked and she lowered the price by $10. I will definitely be returning here for the great customer service and great prices.

We were able to get a great deal and Gaby was amazing. She helped us with everything and explained it in great detail. We were also assisted by Pierre. They were all wonderful. We will be back! 🙂

Great customer service! Marcie Goldberg is the person to see. Fast and friendly w zero pressure unlike other places. Price’s definitely beat their competition if not just ask. Would highly recommend.
