Had gone to pick up a part from the store when my sister's car would not restart. Manager Jason was on his lunch break but spent some time helping me diagnose the problem.He tried to recharge the battery and determined that not only the battery was bad but my battery terminal was not stable and faulty.He tried to get the part off but could not. He recommended a local shop to fix it, gave the car a charge and I was able to get it repaired within the next hour. Not being from around here, I greatly appreciate the time he took (from his lunch) and the excellent service provided. I have told my sister to visit the shop for any other car needs. Thank you, Jason. Great service. Much appreciated.

Doug tested my car battery and then helped me buy a battery and installed it, in and out in like 20 minutes. Even showed me on the plug-in device that my battery was registering low.

When I traveled Orlando Frolida, my Jeep Grand cherokee AC isn't cooling well in extremely hot day. Next day, I stop by 812 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL. One attentive staff takes care of business, especially help recharge refrigerant. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Kenneth F did a great job helping us replace our ignition coil. He was so kind an even offered to help. Seriously so amazing to have such caring and compassionate employees. Please give this man a raise! I previously bought breaks and rotors from here as well and that employee was also super kind. It says a lot about a company when the employees are kind to customers.

They are very friendly and courteous. Always helpful in making sure you get the right part. They will also run tests for a lot of issues to help try and diagnose the issue. Great staff.

Going into any auto store as a female is nerve wrecking, however, Bill was such a great help! Picked out a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty. Even changed out the battery in the rain. Thank you again Bill!

This is my go to store location and sometimes it’s out of my way. The manager there, Jason and his staff, is professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out their way to accommodate our needs and help with troubleshooting. I thank God for this place and help. 5000 stars

Juan took care of me and he did an amazing job checking my battery, alternator, and starter. After he determined I needed to replace my bad battery he installed it and I was good to go! I will definitely be back!
