I'm trying to remember the young woman with auburn colored hair who helped me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful because I was in there for an hour needing help but employees were laughing and so talkative among each other, sadly, no one bothered to acknowledge a customer. Some passed by you to go to the back without caring if a customer needed help. When will service be restored post covid? My visit could have been shorter. Again thanks to her but I will edit this once I find her name in the service book she gave me for hair stylists and elite. I bought Biolage shampoo and conditioner for blondes, Biolage deep conditioner, 2 small leave in conditioners Pravana, and Benefit máscara. Next time I'll try what she also suggested.

I was trying to find hair products when Tracy approached me and asked if I needed help finding something. She said do you have a minute? She took me to her chair, wet my hair, put the product in, then put me under the dryer all to allow me to see if this was the right product I was seeking. I was stunned at this level of customer service! Thank you Tracy!!

The lady's here always go out of their way to help you find what you need. Today I needed a freeze face mask and they looked for a good 15 minutes and found it! Thank you.

I went into to the store for a new foundation. I was greeted by Miranda who helped me find what I was looking for and helped find the new color I needed. In our short conversation I had told her I was having a bad day and she gave me a hug which totally made my day. It was so sweet of her to show her sympathy to my conversation. She definitely deserves to be recognized for going out of her way and treating people with such a caring heart. ❤

Staff is willing to help you find the right products you need. They spent extra time with me locating what would actually work for my hair type. I was nervous seeing as I haven’t bought anything for myself since I had my baby. I felt lost but came seeking help to regain confidence through my hair. I appreciate the staffs help and patience with me. Thank you thank you thank you.

The store was clean. Staff were friendly. I was able to find what I needed , quickly & go on about my day :)

I love this store especially the people in it. every time I go in they make you feel so welcome and you can ask them any question and they always try to help you get the answer. what you would think a makeup store is this store has. I will always hold this ulta close to my heart because of these people in it

Was in town for my son’s wedding and the makeup artist that was scheduled to do my makeup canceled on me. Went to Ulta and Alex in the MAC section jumped on the assignment. She asked questions and delivered. I appreciate your professionalism and the store is lucky to have you! Love and blessings Queen💜

This location was wonderful! Very well stocked and very well attended. Alex was a huge help helping my little sister and I pick out products and color match!

I always enjoy going to Ulta for Cosmetic trips. The store is always laid out perfectly so that various brands can easily be located and the selection available is tremendous! Love it!
