Incredible service! Michael was my personal banker and helped me to set up my new account and did an amazing job of providing excellent customer service and professionalism that is indeed unmatched in its quality. He is dedicated to his job and his role at PNC Bank and clearly dedicated to the individuals he assists. When I came in a second time to the bank to ask for further assistance he was right there didn't hesitate and took care of everything I needed quickly and professionally with kindness that is unseen in many industries today. I am extremely grateful for this branch and for Michael I wish I could give it 10 Stars!

Had to close a business and personal accounts that my deceased brother had in another state. Robin was absolutely terrific. She was able to assist me and we got the job done. She was courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. One of best banking experiences I have ever had. Although this is not my primary bank, I will seriously consider changing based on the superior customer service. Thank you for meeting and exceeding my expectations.

I used to come here once a month, every month for an entire year during 2018 - 2019 to withdraw my monthly rent in cash. Staff is always super fast and friendly, even started a credit card at this location back then and the banker was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Every one is very nice. Very easy to pay your bills or get money orders. This is now the only place i know that does instant posting for your electric account. Other places it takes 2 business days.

Attentive staff, kind, courteous, etc. Don't complain if you remember how long it took to deposit a check in the 90s on Friday
