Be careful using this company. We used them for a rental with a landlord in fort pierce. Anita Tubeck called me and told me the landlord had an emergency come up and needed us to move out to later find out she kicked a family with a small child out because her son needed a place to live. we had a month to month lease shisty and our fault for not catching it. But just wanna let everyone else know not to use this company they will kick anyone out or make sure you have a lease on paper and document everything. I have in text proof about giving us our last months rent back they kept last months rent and security deposit and tacked on absurd charges down to an air filter that was just changed pathetic. They are family owned small local business that’s a fact out for their own family. Not the people they rent to. Warning to everyone.
