Walked in to renew my passport with no appointment just to ask a few questions to how to applied for the renewal and Mr. Arnold was such great positive employee that knows what he is doing and help me answer all my concerns, mind you to do the renewal of a passport they do by appointment but he took care of me right then. He made it an easy process. Plus I had all the documents needed to complete the application. Great customer service.

My local Post Office had some horses ride through today. What a fun day in Columbia County.

I had the best experience at the Evans, Post Office. I needed to ship 4 boxes and a couple envelopes. The Postal Service employee was a lovely woman who was super friendly. She saved me time and money on the shipment, by guiding to the best solution for my needs. I could see from her badge that she was veteran. We had a nice chat about her work as Warrant Officer in the Army. She did this all while working non-stop on my packages. She was super efficient and very gracious. I am from Boston, MA and I never expected to have such a delightful visit. I will return an ship more parcels via the USPS as a result. I would highly recommend this Post Office Branch.

I'm not sure why all the one star reviews. Yes it's a place where you stand in line to talk to a government employee. I'm sure the DMV has great ratings too, lol. The place is always open for me to ship with their automated mailer which is usually in working order. My only gripe is that they took away the tape from the lobby for mailing priority packages, but I'm guessing that's because that's because it was abused by others.

I came in and received amazing service from Kelley. It was my first time shipping without a shipping label and I don’t usually ship personal items. Kelley not only helped me not spend so much on shipping but also found a box for me to ship. I felt so helped and supported and not so confused in what i was doing. Also the service was going so quickly and I didn’t have to wait in line for too long

USPS is always great. The staff is courteous and friendly. It's always a delight to go there (that's not because I go there alot). But I am a regular customer. This particular post office does have one advantage you can get your passport there. It's a long process but worth it. So see you soon. P.S. please be patient while standing in line and maintain your distance.

Fantastic experience. I’ve never mailed anything out before and she was so kind and helpful. I had no idea what I was doing, I just wanted to get my package to my boyfriend. Placed the stamps on my package for me and told me how to do it for next time.

One of the most pleasant post offices I have ever used. Always friendly and helpful personnel. Yesterday, I was, at first, discouraged, looking at the long line, but a nice young man came through and serviced those of us who were just buying stamps with his handheld card register and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes.. "Going Postal" does not apply here!

I have to take a few minutes to acknowledge the awesome men and women employed at the Evans GA post office located on Ronald Reagan. I wear bifocals and have been without my glasses for quite some time. My glasses were scheduled to arrive on Thursday by 2000. Due to weather conditions my pkg didn't arrive to the Evans post office til 1510 and was rescheduled to arrive to my home on Friday. I would not be able to get the glasses on Friday due to a very hectic Friday prior to a surgery. I contacted the post office and spoke with a, gentleman named Paul. I explained to him my situation, gave him the tracking number and was placed on hold. After being on hold for only a very few short minutes, Paul returned to inform me that my glasses would be dropped off to my front office in thirty minutes. Would You believe I received a call shortly after I ended the call with Paul. My office was calling to inform me that my v glasses had arrived. Thanks Paul and the entire group of men and women that make that post office one of the best I've ever witnessed. Semper Fidelis!!!!

I gave them a call this morning after getting an email alert that my package was in my state. It was going to take one more day to unload from the carrier and get it on the delivery truck but somehow Rich was able to get it out for delivery the same day. Helpful would be an understatement.

Excellent service and always a step above the other post offices in the area.

The whole staff is very friendly and helpfull.

I phoned the Evans post office and spoke with the most polite and kind young lady named Tawanda. She answered my questions and offered to help me.

The staff are always friendly and fast. I have a PO Box at this location and I have never had a problem. This location is easy to get in and out of considering the traffic that comes through Ronald Regan Drive.

Always stocked with priority mail envelopes and custom forms. Very friendly. I actually have a post office closer to me but I drive out to Evans because I know they have everything I will need.

Very helpful and even though it was close to closing they were just so wonderful and made sure everyone was taken care of.
They have cards, boxes, and tape for purchase if needed.

I love this post office! For the most part..those who serve there are knowledgeable, understanding and helpful.

I have always been treated so nicely by the staff inside the post office. Even when busy, they are professional and helpful.

Staff are polite and helpful; I bought two books of stamps today and was in and out in like 5 minutes.
