I have been using this company for the past 3 years. I do not enjoy neither do I want to deal with taxes. This company does everything for me from keeping my books to paying my bills. I literally don't have to worry about anything except bringing in my next pay check. I love this service and would recommend them to anyone.

I will never use this company ever again. I was told that the charge would be $100 an hour. So, I was thrilled to find out my review ONLY TOOK 12 MINUTES. I obviously knew I couldn't get services for free. I do feel like a review or sending over 1 copy of a document should be included in a company's purchase of her tax services. However, I had a phone call that only took 1 minute and 55 seconds. Then all I had to do was wait until I got an email. The phone call was at 4:17pm and the email was sent at 4:29pm. That was 12 minutes. I have all the screenshots and emails. Yet, I was charged $183.50 for an email that had a document already typed up for the company I worked for. No extra work was done for what I requested. None. I was still charged for an "hour" of her time, a minute phone call, and a document that was already done for the company taxes. Sure, she had to locate the document and email it for me to review my tax info. I wouldn't mind paying for that, but this is ridiculous. I still had to do all of my taxes myself. I feel super screwed over. All I needed was a copy of my checks from the company. She already had this information, because she completes the taxes for the company's employees.(me) Extremely dissatisfied with the pricing and false charges. Never again.
