Veterans Memorial Park

Nice facilities for softball and football! The complex has a senior center, restrooms and vending machines for refreshments as well.

So pretty and clean. There was thought put into the architecture and build. Does not have that “municipal” / industrial feel.

The gym was perfect for some exercise without freezing.

From the fields to play frisbee, watch my son play football, the trail to walk, and to the pool, my family and I love this park! There is even a small dog park!

The park facilities are nice, nothing glamorous but in good shape. The reason it got the 5th star is because it is not busy and it's patrons are always pleasant with one another. It has an indoor gym, football field w/ track, baseball field and an outdoor pool (seasonal). Only flaw is that the batting cage area is not operational, I would be there 5 days a week if it were.

This is the best pool in town. The life guards do their job and show the kids they care by giving them pointers. It's clean. The kids and parents are friendly. Teens have fun and are courteous

Wonderful Park, for everyone in the Family! Kids play area with walking track around it. Skate park, Pickle Ball, Tennis courts, Football, Lacrosse and 1 1/4 track around the entire park. 3 Bathroom facilities, stadium seating with lights. Cant wait to see the next phase, softball complex, extended trails with bridges.

Dawsonville has great parks, this one offers us a nice pool too. Gymnasium, Senior Center, great paths for walking or biking. Plus, new pavilion with restrooms. The park is very well groomed and well maintained.

Its a very clean park with a great bike and walking trail. Berries grow in the summer there sometimes and its very kid friendly. Also i love playing pokemon go at this park. Overall, great experience and very well kept

Great venue for Dawson County Thanksgiving Dinner event! So much room!

Cycling track, regular running track, baseball fields and one soccer/football field. Clean facilities, nice pavilion, small playground for kids. Great place for running.

It's a great park. I come here sometimes to play pokémon GO.

Lovely park! New pavillion, restriped walking/bike trail, playscape for kids (actually a couple), parking, Vet Memorial, pool in the summer...what more can you ask?!

I enjoyed the scenery. Different from my everyday walk at home so its nice to take a walk in different walking trails. So relaxing and keeps me motivated.

Veterans Memorial is a great park. Lots of fun activities. Great walking trails, nice stretching and workout stations. Can be very relaxing.
