I needed to obtain insurance on my truck and the woman, Mrs. Mary Cunningham I believe her name was, was so helpful and kind. She explained everything to me and answered all questions I had. And, it was a relatively quick process which I appreciated.

While getting new insurance policies, of course I had many questions and concerns. It can be overwhelming sometimes. They were so accommodating and did not hesitate to help me in any way I needed! I received great rates as well!

Rick Knight's agency is as good as it gets. Rick and his staff provide absolutely first class service. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone looking for a great company. State Farm is one of the strongest insurance companies in the country, and I've always felt that they are on my side.

Run as fast as you can from this company. I haven’t had the same car insurance bill in 7 months. They keep hiking the rates and have no explanation despite no changes on my part. It got up to $527 for 3 cars! Called gieco and I’m down to $231. I don’t know what happened to Statefarm but they have lost their minds with their current prices.
