It took awhile to get it fixed, but they were upfront on how long it would be. They told me I t was fall, and they had lots of repairs of leaf blowers. They were honest as to the length of time, and they called me exactly at the time they said. Nice people too!

Have shopped here for nearly 40 years. Though the name has changed several times, the owner is the same. You can find things here that you won't find in other stores. The place looks small on the outside but it's actually quite large. They do small engine repair.

Great place! Love the atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and nice. They were able to order a part for my riding mower. I didn't even know the name of it. They knew exactly what the part was even though they had never sold it before.

All I can say is this place is worth the visit. I had the pleasure of interacting with Dan. I believe he might be new, but he was very polite. In a time where everything is automated, and you feel like a number, Dawsonville Hardware made me feel invited and welcome. Thank you for showing and reminding me what people-to-people service should look like.

Great job analyzing and fixing my Ryobi pruning chainsaw.

This is a great place of business. Through nobody's fault, they accidentally overcharged me for some service work. I trust them so much I didn't even carefully look at my receipt. A few days later, James, who is the service manager (and maybe an owner, I don't know) called me and told me they had accidentally overcharged me $80 and promptly refunded the amount. James did not have to do that, but he is a man of integrity and Dawsonville Hardware is a place of business with integrity. They are out of my way, but they have become my go-to hardware for outdoor implements, service and anything else. I highly recommend them.

Was sent to them by Ryobi for a warranty repair, James was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend for any repair

The country feel you get when you walk in the door is carried through with an overall courtesy to the customer plenty of knowledge and great people to be around Prices are reasonable and the 5 to $10 bins are always fun love this place

People here are extremely nice and it is a older well run store. They have very good prices on some items and it is my go to place to get my chainsaw sharpened. Easy to get in and out of compared to the huge big box stores.

They have everything I need. They keep this place very stocked and clean. They have a wide selection of stuff from chainsaws, gardening stuff, plumbing, pet stuff, pocket knifes and more. I choose this place over home depot. Great prices too. Local and convenient.

Friendly knowledge staff, family owned and operated. Great prices on firearm ammunition. Gives you the option to wear or not wear a face mask!! Highly recommend.

My experience with Dawsonville Hardware has always been an excellent one. The employees always do there best to help you with whatever purpose that you have came in for. The staff are friendly and are willing to go out of there way to assist a customer.
