Great customer service from the abundance of millennials working at this McDonald's

Fast and efficient. Order was ready quickly and correct. Most important, the whole crew working was polite and friendly.

I will go out of my way to this location, rather than going to the one right around the corner. The staff here are always very friendly, patient, on time, and pay attention to detail. They are always greeting customers with a smile and saying, Have a nice day, before the customer leaves. They are quick and efficient and never make me feel rushed. I wish I could say the same for the location in town, but it’s worth the extra drive to see friendly people when you start your day!

Looks to be a new facility, very clean.

This McDonald's surprised me with excellent, friendly service. Then boom...my fries were hot and my burger was juicy. My 15 y/o said his food was awesome as well. My 13 y/o said nothing because he was too busy eating.

Amazing location. The staff there is friendly and always smiling. Great customer service. My food order, as complex as it was, came to me made properly and promptly. Food was nice and hot when I received it and the Ketchup dispenser worked as well. This location sets the bar for any McDonald's I have ever been to in my travels. AND THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE WORKS ALSO!!!!! Huge + in my book. I always thought the McDonald's just sat a broken Ice Cream machine in there so they can say they offer it on the menu, but I was surprised when I went up and asked if I could get an ice cream cone and the woman said sure. Macon, GA McDonald's locations, you guys need to go and take some notes from these people in Americus.

Very quick service. I got a Thank you when I paid at the window. I got another Thank you and a Have a great day at the other window. Now thats some great customer service. That made the food so much better. A great experience!!!

There is no electronic order placement required in this dinning room. My order was taken and filled expeditiously. My order was completed accurately and they honor all McDonald's current promotions. 👍

Best mocha frappes in town ! Normally go there to get a large mocha frappe, two chocolate milks, and a small fry. My two year old doesn’t even want to go to the other one in town. US highway 19 S is the best McDonald’s around !

This McDonald's on 19 they're services is way faster than the one on Lamar st.

Food was fast and hot. The manager was very nice

This location sets the bar for other McDonald's! !! Their ice cream machine works!!! And the make the food as ordered. It isn't hard to get a plain quarter pounder with only cheese and mayo here. Macon, Ga locations, you all need to go train with these bunch of friendly people and maybe you will learn how to fix your ice cream machine. I will gladly drive down there to Americus for more.

Stopped by here on the way through town for a quick bite to eat on the road. Very fast service and smiling faces! One of the best McDonald's locations I've seen!
