Inquired regarding a truck at Sunbelt. Abel reached out almost instantly. Worked through the details remote as I live in Indiana and we came to an agreement super easy. Abel sent over detailed pictures and videos of the truck. I booked a flight, their finance manager Patrick offered to pick me up from the airport however my flight was delayed. Their sales manager Brad hooked me up with lunch while I waited for the windows to be tinted. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from someone other than myself in 10 years and first time out of state. Abel, Patrick, and Brad made it seamless and incredibly easy. Went to look at a specific vehicle.. wasn't tempted into anything else. They were very straight forward and honest. Very helpful. A part was being replaced in the vehicle we wanted to purchased so we couldn't test drive it to ensure everything was up to par. They went above and beyond and added a warranty to ensure this vehicle would be of the quality we expected and they offered to deliver the vehical from Americus to Albany for us. I am beyond happy with this company and everyone involved with assisting us in purchasing our "new to us" vehicle.
