Each and every times I shop here, the employees are always so nice, kind, ready and willing to help.

7/9/22 Visited this store today. Ka'Brianna Wilkerson was very nice and willing to help me find an item I was looking for today. She's a great asset to this store.

This is a man's Disney World! I love this place. I go here and can spend hours. The staff is friendly, and they're always helpful, and there is a product for any type of home improvement or repair you need to do.

I have always had a great experience at Lowe's. The employees are friendly and willing to help you and if they can't help they will find someone that can.

The visit this morning was great. We got great after Christmas sales on ceiling fans for the bedrooms. Two guys working on fans originally told me Lowe's no longer carried the fan brand I wanted in stock. However, another seasoned associate went right to the product items, and all ended well.

Same ol same never need an employee to find anything cuz it's obvious, love Lowe's!

It is always a pleasure to shop at Lowe's. I have my go to guys who make me feel very special. One is Thomas and the others I don't know their names but they are great employees. Their personalities are the best. one works in the area with the lawn mowers and the other one is everywhere in the store helping people.

I came here to purchase a Craftsman tool chest, and the service was amazing! Tool chest had damage to it, and the MOD knocked off 10%!

The other staff on duty were very helpful as well.

I need help with tools. I was looking for a nail gun. I had three guys help out. Then, they looked all over till they found the one. Thank you.

Shaquana made my experience The best she went above and beyond to make sure that I left that store with the paint I needed. Not empty-handed like Highway 96.I traveled 1 hour but the stock was wrong there but she corrected it and made things work for me kudos to her

I was in the garden center and meet an employee named Sandy . She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . It's obvious she took very much pride in her work .

Brittany in pick up always greets me with a smile and has been so helpful to me with my orders. She makes my shopping easy !

Kee Kee, the team lead was exceptional. She saw that we needed assistance and came right over. Although I do not think this was her usual station she was still well-versed in paint product selection and mixing. I say this because we just relocated here and have been in multiple times a week while our historic home is being renovated and an incredible young man named Leon has become our trusted advisor but he was not in today. She set an exemplary example for her other associates. She treated us kind and cared for our experience all the way to checkout. We complimented her superior customer service and noted that we always have a nice experience in the store. She said that, "the reason they do so well is because they value the customers. The only way they are there is due to us." I know that talent like Kee Kee is hard to find in our current workforce. Leaders like her are the reason people travel to Lowes in our town to spend their money. The hope is they keep coming back and patronizing other businesses in our area as well. A great customer experience goes beyond a simple hello, it is treating everyone like they matter and are a reason to show up everyday. Kee Kee should be your model of superior customer service acumen.

The store personal were great!! Very helpful. However, the delivery personal were in a hurry and broke the bottom of our new refrigerator. They picked up the broken piece,did not say anything and left in a hurry. Very dissatisfied with the delivery personal.

All of the associates are friendly and I love that the app will lead you to the aisle and shelf for the products you're looking for.

I love Lowe's I could spend hours just looking and wish. Some things are kind of pricey but it's Lowe's. You got some nice people that will be glad to help and you got some that's there for a check and don't care but that's most places.

Everything you need for the home and yard in Americus. Pet friendly too!

I was treated with kindness and courtesy. Everyone that I came near greeted me, and some asked if I was ok. That' so important to me. I have several health problems. Compassion goes a long way.

This is a very well run Lowe's with a cheerful staff who is always willing to help. (One note to Lowe's Corp: why do you change the layout of the store often? I memorized the places for specific items and now they moved)
