The person that helped us was Shi. (Don't know if that is the right spelling.). She was very knowledgeable and helped us with every aspect of the changes we made. At the same time, she was very personable and actually made an errand I had been dreading a very pleasant experience. I can't say enough good things about this employee and the service she provided. I would highly recommend her for consideration for any monetary or professional bonuses or advancements. She is an excellent people person and knows her stuff!
