Can't say enough about the outstanding service I received, this week, as always, from the owner & Adrian, our technician. I made the transition from an old, outdated computer to a reasonably priced, reconditioned HP unit. Being a senior & not high-tech, the staff explained the upgrade, in easy to understand terminology. Adrian has answered all follow-up questions & I will depend on them, for all computer needs. Had a very professional, courteous experience.

I forgot what an actual computer shop was like. The customer service, style, and helpfulness of the place makes you realize how far we've fallen into our more popular options of Best Buy and Geeksquad. Seriously, if you want to upgrade or custom build your computer, shops like this are a diamond in the rough in 2020. If you live nearby, consider yourself lucky!
