Great place with a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent bar area for watching a game.
Had the Grilled Shrimp Poke Bowl and it was very good, recommended!
I must say however, and many restaurants do this so it’s not directed specifically at Oscars… there is no reason to leave the tail on the shrimps such that you have to handle each shrimp in order to take the tail off. It just makes no culinary sense. Everyone knows it’s a shrimp, the damn tail does not need to be left on!

Such a great experience! The food was delicious I recommend pretzel and the ribs. The best part though was the manager, Melanie, who was so wonderful to stop by to check on us.

Oscar’s has been super on point lately. Years ago the food wasn’t as consistently good as it is now, it was hit or miss and a lot of food/bread would be burnt. Not anymore! Service is absolutely phenomenal and the food is just as good. You can’t go wrong with their sandwiches - especially Buffalo chicken. Their burgers are also amazing! Kinda wish they still used the fry bread for the pizza… it’s too good and the new crust doesn’t compare. Highly highly recommend Oscar’s for the food (and prices!), atmosphere and staff.

Had an excellent appetizer (coconut shrimp) when we found out the calamari we were hoping for is no longer on the menu. My steak and Bleu cheese salad was also outstanding! Waitress was attentive and food came quickly even though the place was packed.

Comfortable local pub with good food and beverage selection. I stopped here on a road trip based on reviews. I tried a hard cider on tap. My server (Lori? Lauren?) was very attentive and polite. I tried the cream of crab soup which was good. I also had the pulled pork sandwich. The BBQ sauce was tasty and the brioche bun was very soft. The fries were also perfectly cooked. I would definitely stop here again.

This is a pub type environment. Not fancy but has tables and booths in the front and a huge bar area in the back. Good variety of lunch and dinners (amazing chili!). There are always specials, too. It's my go-to place in town when I'm not seeking outdoor seating.
(Try their house-made cilantro lime salad dressing. It's the best.)

Fantastic restaurant and a great place to bring family and friends. Oscar's had a lot of beers on tap to chose from, along with a bunch of cocktails, and wines. The beer was cold and a looked to have a variety of rotating beers. The winter special meatloaf was the best I've had. Definitely, check out the wings and desserts too.

Delicious and fun. Love going there. Have been many times. Menu very versatile and specials are seasonal. Would have given 5 stars to service but not enough employees, not there fault.

The food was really good and the service was excellent. The waitress was always there when you needed her you didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive after ordering it. The portions are large and tasty. If you want a nice place to go with great service and food at a reasonable price then this is the place to go.

Service was good, food was good. Solid 4.2 but bumped up for the excellent wings special. Not often a new dry rub is encountered.

They have really good food here! I love the summer menu. Their adult drink selection is very and you can get some canned to drink 🍻 later

The draft beer selection was boring. My dinner was only so-so. I ordered the burger of the week, a surf and turf burger. It was supposed to have grilled shrimp on it. They weren't. And there were only 4 small shrimp on it. Wouldn't order it again even though the burger itself was fine.

We had a party in their side room with 35 people. The food, service and space was wonderful. Would highly recommend Oscars. This is our second year using their venue and couldn’t have been happier. Thank you so much.

I seriously can't deal with the no BREWED sweet tea in like the whole state so I can't hold that against them. Apparently it's just a thing. However our waitress(super red/pink hair) was super fast, got our order right, very attentive and nice. The food came out quickly. We had the fried pickles in old bay seasoning and OMG I will never have them any other way, with a spicy ranch dip. Had me drooling. I had the pulled pork sandwich and I want to say my husband had a Reuben? I don't know, I was to busy enjoying my meal. I looked up the reviews and then even got a recommendation from a local store owner down the street. Wish we would have fit in dessert:(

Great food and wide variety of beers to try. Staff have always been great when we dine in.

This place is soo cozy and the food is great so many nice people I got the Blackened Chicken sandwich and my husband got a salad and my daughter got the pepperoni pizza this is my go to restaurant now I recommend

We had another very good experience at Oscars this evening. We had a drink created by their bartender called a Juicetini. It was very good and is recommended.

For dinner we had their Chef’s take on a Chicken Pot Pie. It was also very good and I hope it will stay on as a regular menu option.

Little issue with some dirty silverware but they quickly apologized and replaced it. Accidents happen.

We will be back.

First time eating at Oscar's Alehouse since moving to Carroll county 2 years ago and let me tell you… I will be dreaming of their food in my sleep! Absolutely delicious! my family from New Orleans joined us too and they LOVED it! Our waitress was so sweet and friendly and definitely took care of us!

Great spot for American-fare. Food portions were huge for the price. The pretzel appetizer is great and comes with both cheese dip & spicy mustard. My wife's BBQ burger was stacked high with large crispy onion rings...I didn't think she was going to be able to finish the whole thing but it disappeared quickly. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was also huge. The chicken was thick & juicy and stuffed inside a pita. It wasn't too spicy if you're worried about that kind of heat. The unsung star of our meals was the fries! They were hand cut and perfectly crispy. Service for our meal was top-notch. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She anticipated our needs and we all had drink refills coming before we even knew we needed them. Will stop in again next time I'm in Eldersburg to try other things on the menu.
