My driver was Tanya and she is a very caring and nice person. She went out of her way to get my food to me.

I'll come back and change this review when you actually pay your workers. Stop over hiring, stealing tips and cheating workers out of money and actually fix your app. The way you currently have it set up makes dashers like myself dislike customers because we have to decide between basically not being paid and having to deal with terrible customers or decline 70% of the orders that come through and also not get paid. This leads to customers not getting their food FOREVER, items being wrong because DoorDash refuses to communicate with the merchants, and customers being completely left in the dark. You also have it set up in a way that prevents the dashers from even being able to help customers out in any way because once we turn the delivery in, we have no contact with them anymore. A lot of the process leaves people left in the dark with their food getting cold and drivers not getting paid.

DoorDash has got to have the worst customer service. First they ignore your request and then when you complain it’s nothing but “sorry”. Unfortunately, sorry isn’t going to fix the situation. How about you help me replace the order I’ve been wait 2 hours for and intended to feed my kids!!!!

This is really becoming a problem! Having your order delivered only to find that it’s not your order!! And apparently you can’t get your correct order or your refund because this has happened more than once and they need to investigate. No what you need to do is investigate why your drivers keep screwing up. You have lost my business, and I’ve been with DoorDash for years!

If you have a messed up order and DoorDash won't fix it AND won't give you a refund either (or only a partial one), call your bank and do a chargeback. Don't let them keep your money in exchange for garbage service. This is easier to do with some banks and harder with others

Ordered food from Chili's website to do a delivery which used DoorDash. Didn't get my order. Didn't get my $ back. Very unprofessional and poor quality of service. You can't guarantee delivery then not delivere the food that was ordered. You can't keep people's $ either. No food and never got a refund.

I used this service more than a handful of times and it was fine, BUT NOW they are overcharging on prices and they refuse to refund money when their dashers don’t show up with peoples orders. Example: I ordered a sub from Jersey mikes. It was prepared on time, but the dasher never picked it up, no call, no txt from dasher & no one is answering my calls nor txt messages. I tried to cancel the order, but DoorDash refuses to refund me because my sub was prepared, but never picked up on their end!! I am very very upset because I spent $20, & I did not even receive what I ordered!!! I will NEVER use this service again!!!

Our dasher picked up another order while we were waiting for our food. After we had them remake our food because it took 45 mins for someone to accept our order ,then our food was cold anyway. On top of being cold, items were missing. Then dasher support was rude and didn’t even listen to our complaints refunded 11 dollars of a almost 30 dollar order for “cold food” . Didn’t even care about the missing food ignored that completely only referred to cold food.

We ordered 3 pizzas ($40) and the door dash driver only delivered 1!!! There’s no number to call or any way to get in touch with him, either. So we basically just paid $40 for 1 pepperoni Pizza!! Thanks Door Dash!

I ordered 2 pizzas and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. Doordash tried to put the responsibility on the restaurant when it was Doordash's delivery person that made the error. I will never use doordash again.

Revieved cold food from moes. Cheese dip and salsa were missing. Bag looked tampered with. Doordash will not refund. I waisted my money and wont be using this service again.

Pizza was ice cold from Mellow Mushroom. Driver begged for tip on text before even checking with restaurant that I had tipped her 20%. Never again Doordash or Mellow Mushroom.

They never gave my $16 back! Still mad about it.

Nowhere near professional. The people they employ couldn't be more clueless. A complete joke. The entire operation.

They get a 1 only because there is no 0 took my money and canceled my order .

Service is trash, if you want food get it yourself.
