I highly recommend Bethany! She cuts my families hair and it is always a pleasant experience! My 13 year old hates getting his hair cut and definitely gives some push back but she handles it perfectly. She always makes sure to give us the styles we want and is just a joy to be around. If you need a cut or just want a new barber she is definitely your gal!

Bethany was amazing I was getting my haircut for the first time in 2 years and wanted something different and I showed her the ideas. She was able to get me something exactly what I wanted definitely will be back.

Grew my beard for a year after never having one, was reluctant to have it trimmed but went to Jay at Crosshairs based on other recommendations. Jay was awesome! Close attention to detail, relaxing, no rush. Great customer service, great atmosphere in the shop. After the trim, beard looked great (even my Wife said it looked awesome). Going back regularly now.

Since arriving at FLW this is the first and only place I will get my haircut. I had the pleasure of being with Ryan, and let me say, he is a true professional at his craft. Ryan is extremely charismatic and someone that you’ll enjoy having a conversation with. When it comes to cutting hair, I have never been with a better barber. In fact, since 2019 my wife started cutting my hair because of the bad experiences I had at multiple salons. Currently my wife and I are on separate military orders which forced my hand into trying to have someone cut my hair again. Ryan far exceeded my expectations, and even my wife mentioned how good of a job he did. If your going to Crosshairs, he’s the one to see!

Went here this morning and Jay (the owner) got me right with a medium drop skin fade. I previously got a disappointing haircut from another place in town and the top was all chopped up and a hard line fade. Jay took care of it for me and I didn’t even have to ask. Crosshairs prioritizes your experience to make sure it’s nothing but excellent. Highly suggest making an appointment but walk ins are welcome.

I have been going here for a few months now. Definitely recommend Bethany, she’s awesome! Actually, she’s been cutting my hair for several years now. No one else. If you want a relaxing and attention to detail haircut and beard trim go see Ryan Griffin. I haven't had a haircut in a long time and he took his time no rushing like some barbers in the FLW area. 10/10

I have been going here since February of this year. I have loved every single cut I have received from here. Ryan cuts my hair and every single time it's a phenomenal cut. He's an absolute professional and a true friend. Glad to be able to say I was able to get my haircut by him. I'll never go anywhere else for a haircut as long as I'm here at Fort Leonardwood. We have been coming to Crosshairs Barbershop for the last 18 months. Ryan has been outstanding to my kids and I. Always a great cut with quick service. Very friendly people who do exceptional work. Highly recommended!

This place is the real deal. I’m very particular about the way my hair is cut and the barber, Robert, always gets my hair looking pristine. He is phenomenal at his craft. If you want to get a great cut and have some great conversation this is the place. Every time I go in looking like a wooly mammoth and leave looking slick.

We absolutely love all the barbers here! My son is very particular on who cuts his hair. He gets extremely nervous. But since bring him here for the past 2 years he refuses to go anywhere else. We usually see Ryan, however he will let anyone there cut his hair. Always great conversation and they are all so kind to my boy! 10 stars for sure!

Jay does excellent work, she is an extremely precise, professional, personable and talented barber. Box up was perfect even though I got a weird forehead and no one else can line it up. Fade was at the perfect height and no lines whatsoever. Highly recommend
