I had the absolute best experience with Johnny! He went above and beyond and was as kind as can be! I’m truly grateful for the customer service he provided! I can’t thank him enough!

We had a young man named Micah help us out in the lumbar department with a pretty large order of multiple different size cuts of wood. I was not looking forward to this because I never have a good experience with the employees as far as getting help goes at this store. This guy took care of everything we needed. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Restored my faith in humanity. Shout out, Micah!

This Lowe's does well considering there ain't much competition. They sometimes struggle with item placement through out the store but once you get it down, you should be able to find what you need to easily.

This Lowe’s is just over and hour from where we live but we try to get back here as often as possible…it’s never overcrowded and they have a great selection.

We have had a positive experience with regard to customer service. We’ll definitely be back.

Very epic. We got some soil that was listed as 3 bags for 10 dollars, but at self-checkout it was being priced at retail price. Instead of just telling us that the promotion was done, they reduced the price to the correct amount. 10 bunny rabbits for them.

We were looking for a collapsible container they had 2 and bags to fit a wide variety of plants

Had my best ever Lowe's experience! Three different people offered to help us, without us having to ask. Rodney, Lee and a young lady, whose name I didn't get, should all be employee of the month. Very good shopping experience.

Very nice store, associates were friendly and curbside was a breeze. Their lights were out at the back of their garden center which was kinda strange but otherwise perfect.

This weekend my husband and I were in need of a few home improvement items, so we headed to Lowes in Starkville. That is where we met Jessica on the light bulb aisle! Wow! She was professional, eager to help, and very knowledgeable about the products we needed. Jessica is truly an asset to your store. We even inquired about her schedule to make sure she would be there if we needed to come back next weekend. Just wanted y’all to know!

I would like to give a big shoutout to employee John! He went above and beyond twice when I needed help, first helping me finding an item and then helping me get an item off the top shelf when the bin was empty. And it was not in his department! He is an asset to Lowe’s and should be commended for his outstanding customer service!

I went to Lowes in search of a couple of parts that I had to get or no water. I meet the first person I saw when I came in and I explained to her what I needed. She said I’m thinking aisle 15 so when I got there , it wasn’t there. I looked for a bit then came across a lady and I asked if she could page someone, with a IDK attitude. I looked some more and there was women and came straight up to me and she just took over after I told her what I needed , she just handled it like a pro and then a man came up and they figured all this RV / stuff out . I was amazed! Starkville store you should praise Jessie and John because I couldn’t of done this without them ! 💯 shout out to them ! They are your team !!!! Thanks to them

Columbus MS store was so rude and short with us. He acted like he wanted to do something else except his job. So we went to the Lowe's Starkville Ms store. Candice helped us in appliances. She was fantastic. We will never come back to the Columbus Ms Lowe's. Thank you Candice. You're a sweetheart

Freindly people and good service. I went to this Lowes for some light bulbs and a shower head. The aisles were clearly marked and when I got a little turned around one of the associates asked if I needed help and directed me to the exact location of what I was looking for. Checkout had multiple registers open and an associate to direct traffic so that we could socially distance. My kids even got a project at checkout (that I did not have to ask or pay for). I love this Lowes.

Ryan I made our tailgate the best yesterday when I had to rush to Lowe’s and get outside turf cut to put over the muddy ground. Very efficient, courteous and a HUGE help. If you have flooring needs, please go see Ryan.

Our new hope in a very small town. Thrilled by the collection of plants and flowers, I bought 6 different plants and they are amazing. Also, my husband says they have a variety of trusted and high quality of means and equipment

I have seen such an improvement with how helpful the employees are at this Lowes location. Now when I go in, someone always asks how they can help. Great job, Lowes team!
