The staff was very professional and nice, Dr. Tucker and nurses was very helpful and professional. Was seen quickly. First Dr. in 2 years that was hopeful that they will be able to help me.

I had my first appointment at OCH pain management today. Everyone was so nice and attentive. The doctor was unbelievable. So nice and seemed generally concerned about my back. He took time with me and answered all my questions. I have an appointment in a couple weeks for injections in my back. Hoping this will help me.

I received excellent service!! The staff was friendly and helpful! Just amazing!!! The doctor listened to what I was telling him even though I have so much going on!! But, he’s working on sorting through all of my health issues!!

You must have documents submitted in advance. Staff was courteous, doctor was great, and place was clean and tidy. Doctor was attentive, proper, concerned, and answered questions.

I have had great treatment at the OCH Pain Management Clinic. They treat me well, have go above and beyond to help figure out what it wrong.

I went to the doctors office for a prescription change and I was told I could not receive a specific medication because of my age. I am 33 years old and I have combat injury! I served my country, I never had a bad record, and I am a responsible tax payer!
I tried every conservative method to decrease my pain from water therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture therapy, stretches, ice method, muscle rub cream. The only method I had not tried is steroid shot, and I refuse to do that method because my mother developed diabetes! I hate drug addicts who made getting opioid drug treatment so hard for chronic pain patients to go through! We are not rebel young adults and teens!

I didn't have a good experience here Jill is very rude and she she treat you like your an animal and an experimental project not a human with a heart an feelings I pray that God will touch her heart bc people are going through enough with their conditions and doesn't need a rude doctor

I have chronic back pain from an injury that resulted in two back surgeries. I went here because my primary physician could only give certain pain meds. This clinic treated me like an addict and changed my pain meds to something else and even lowered the dosage. Evidently these young doctors have No idea how living with chronic pain effects your life style. I didn't like being treated like n addict.

My husband is a VA patient that has had bad back problems since 2007 when he hurt it in Iraq. They prescribed him two medication and when he got them filled they sent him a letter saying they would no longer treat him because of drug seeking behavior. They never answer the phone and they even refused to see him when there was no one at the office. I know it was retaliation for calling the director of the hospital. They are very petty and incompetent. They obviously don’t like veterans either. Shame on y’all

They never return messages, never answer the phone. Absolutely no relief from pain. You tell them what they are doing isn’t working and they don’t care. Absolutely HATE this place
