I have been to the office a few times and there have been good days and bad days for wait time. I can't remember his name but there was one doctor that didn't listen to me and just wanted to give prescriptions; it wasn't McKibben, maybe Edmondson or Hollister. McKibben is impossible to see on decent schedule. I recently went and was seen by the *NEW FEMALE DOCTOR*, who was very good. She listens and takes time to explain herself. Very thorough in diagnosis. She's the only reason the review is 3 star. I will update this if things change.

On another note, it is a shameful thing when your family members (Edmondson) boost your Google review. Why not work hard at improving your business everyday?! Decrease wait time. Discover ways to update patient files with less effort. Learn. Improve. Send your employees and yourself to sensitivity training. Learn bedside manner! Do what you need to do for your customers. But don't let your family give you 5 stars. It's artificial and unethical.

The nurses and front desk staff are incredibly wonderful and sweet. That is about all the good I can say. Past that, the doctor I went to see, Dr. Edmondson, made me feel like I was a hypochondriac every time I went to see him. I would come in with a common complaint, and he would turn a deaf ear. I went in with a diagnosis from an urgent care clinic that usually indicated an immunodeficiency problem. He would not even listen to my concerns and sent me home. I asked to be able to get my shots that I require monthly at home (my family members are nurses) and he told me he would not allow me to get the shot at home. The billing was horrendous. They would send me a bill without deducting what insurance would pay for and would refuse to give me a monthly shot until I paid off a portion (that was still not adjusted). Once that was resolved, they still refused to give me the shot until I paid a large portion. This does not even begin to cover how aggressive they are past that for collection. Like 6 calls in one week for less than $50, when they know I come in once a month. Not to mention once I finished care there and switched to a new doctor, calls every day, bills every day, and a threat to turn me over to a collection agency in less than a month after finishing my care there.

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because of Dr. Payne, her beside manner is great. The front staff on the other hand need adjustments. They are very rude and I will not be back because of that. They defiantly have an issue in the billing department as well.

The lady at the front desk was very rude.
