I want to give a review on state trooper SSGT. LD. EDWARDS E-55 Batesville MS I had a accident Sunday night he was the officer who assisted me. He went out of his way to help make sure I got to a safe place to stay for the night. Helped get my phone on a charger. He just went beyond regular assistance to make sure I was safe. Thank you.

The people who work at the highway patrol in Batesville, Ms. are well trained and very polite, make me want to move to their town. Hate going to the one in my own town because of the attitudes that they show people.

Finally able to update my review, the wait times are never really great at any DMV BUT, they're honestly better now than they were before the pandemic happened. The system went down while we were waiting but it didn't take too long to come back up and that's not their fault, the lady that was coming out and talking to people and bringing people in was really nice and helpful. The whole process was quicker than I'm used to and everyone was nice, very pleasantly surprise.

Troopers are emotional egomaniacs who need reprimand at the minimum. Firing would be preferred but then they'll just be manual laborers

Getting off and on at como and Sardis at night is very dangerous. There is no light or white lines. Seen potential wrecks in the last couple months.

I have been to this Highway Patrol Site four times over the year's. I believe either the staff hate their jobs or they have had no sleep for three days. They work like zombies or robots hardly saying a word to you unless it's about whatever reason your there. No smile, no have a good day NOTHING. But they sure took my money. I suppose when your dealing with government that's about all your gonna get is a bunch of unfriendly zombies and robots.
