Love my case worker

These people are very rude and don't wanna work with you.I was told I had a phone interview but never got a call, I had to call. I've had to try about 3 times to get what I need and I just had the luck to get what I have now. I went to go turn in some papers, I gave it to the lady and she walked out and left right behind us. I hope I have luck for getting what I need done. This doesn't even deserve one star

I explained that I was told I had a phone interview scheduled and she said they close in one hour and then put me on hold. I called back to discover that they took the phones off the line. This person does not deserve a job.. at least not one that requires you to assist people who NEED HELP.

I requested to have my case closed in Mississippi and as of June 30, 2021 the case has been closed. Since the closing of my case, Florida child support has sent numerous requests for case information in order to continue my case here. To no avail, the case worker's in Starkville have not responded. It's horrible to have to call week after week to only be told the same thing that a "note" will be passed to the case worker for review. My next point of contact will be the mayor of Starkville, MS.

My case worker is completely rude and unprofessional. She asked unrelated question like why I pay so much for rent or why is my fiance having trouble locating a job.

This place is a joke ask for a supervisor and thats a bigger joke they give you a 30 day time frame yet people eat 365 they just tell you a basic answer in my case on day 28 still nothing has been done to my case with 2 days left that goes to show you its pure laziness its a push of a button that they hold over your head while kids go hungry bet if it was someone they knew case would be done in 24 hours

These people are so rude and slow, it’s ridiculous.
