Really terrible service. More than once, I have gone, and they have not had techs to refill my portable tanks. I understand not being adequately staffed occasionally, but the total lack of concern about the inconvenience it has caused repeatedly is a major problem.

Sorry they dont have a zero for ratings....didnt even want to rate a 1....servicemen and staff are poor businessmen. Scott's in Starksville Ms, I wouldn't use them if they were the last company selling. My sick and elderly father purchased through them and its been weeks and they still havent completed hooking up his heater line. Then the salesman said it's not his problem that my sickly father which has already paid for their service has spent over a 100$ buying refilled bottles bc nobody there wants to do their work. Highly upset.
