Tabor Management

i lived with tabor for 1 year of my turn in college and loved it. water pressure & temperature was awesome. they were good about me having pets, they had people spray for bugs at no additional cost, maintenance came quickly if needed. if i hadn’t graduated i would live there again

I had absolutely no problems with tabor at university villages. All the leasing ladies were so nice and very dog friendly! Landscaping and pest control (never had ANY problems with any bugs!) were included in the rent too. Nobody ever barged into my apartment without notice/knocking several times (an experience I have had with other property managers). Had no problems getting my deposit back in a timely fashion after I moved out. By far the best experience I (and my pets) have had with apartment renting.

I have been living at academy village for 3 years now and Tabor has been wonderful through every step of the way. Dryer broken? Tabor sends a team to replace and install it within 2 days. Microwave rusted? Tabor gets it fixed the next morning. When I took an extra month to make the decision if I would be staying here another year on my lease Tabor was more than willing to accommodate for the time it took to get my details in order. If at all possible try to get Beth she has been the greatest help I've had in Starkville since moving here.

Tabor Management has been nothing but kind and helpful all four years I have rented through them. Beth, Heather and Teresa are always on call when I have ever needed their assistance. My current apartment was clean and up to date the day I moved in. I am hoping to have someone like them when I move from Starkville in the future. I highly recommend Tabor Mgmt.

I have lived at Pecan Place for 2 years now! It’s so close to the district while also being secluded from chaos. It’s an old feel but you can easily make it cute, girly, and comfortable
