Starbucks

This Store is in an Ingles so the atmosphere is what it is. Ive always found the servers friendly there. I love the one girl who always remembers my name.

My current review.... I love the staff. They always work with me on my special order. Have been disappointed though the last 4 trips because they don't have my "cinnamon dolce" flavoring... Makes me super sad because I can't have my "Cinnamon Roll Frappuccino" without it. And NO substitutes work either, sadly. It's not through lack of their trying tho. I hope they get it in soon. Makes me sad. I miss my drink.... 😭😭😭😭

My review from 5 months ago..... Way better this time versus my last visit of paying $18 for our coffee, that was horrible!.... Guy actually took the time to look up the order since he didn't know he could make it correctly. & it was perfect. There should be no shame in looking up how to properly make something if you aren't 100% sure because it's someone else's money paying for it. He also received a tip for taking the less than 30 seconds to make sure the drink was prepared correctly so that the customer walked away happy...

Love the team at this Starbucks! I worked in Forest City for a summer internship and stopped by this location one day. The staff was super friendly! When I came back a few times, they remembered me and my order. It meant a lot that they took the time to get to know their customers and learn their names and orders. It made my mornings and I stayed a consistent customer here even after I learned there was another location closer to work!

There’s a lot of good energy in this location! Diego is a really sweet barista in there that corrected my order when it was wrong. He truly cares to hear about your day & with sincerity, hopes you have a good one as well. Thank you Diego!

If you need a coffee fix this is the place ...all kinds of coffee drinks fast service too..Update still a good place to go get coffee 2/22/24

I went to Starbucks today and got a Vanilla Iced Coffee and a Berry Yogurt Parfait, it was delicious. And Zach at the drive thru was extremely helpful and had a positive upbeat attitude. Thank you for the help and wonderful service!

I got a grande latte and it was delicious

They move through a long line in no time and drinks are always consistently on point. Baristas are friendly and helpful. I could not think of the name of cloud foam for the life of me, but the barista helped me out without making me feel like a total fool.

I want to give a 5 star rating to the amazing, friendly, professional, best coffee making barista Kelsey! She is the best. She knows everyone's name and their beverage. She always has a smile on her face and my tall white mocha always tastes better when she makes it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to NC. My trip to Starbucks in Ingles was over the moon. Amy and Samantha and the whole staff that I met (I went several times before I came back to Florida) were exceptional!. Polite and knowledgeable are just the beginning of how wonderfully I was treated. The coffee(s) and Tea(s) were fixed to perfection, notice I ordered more than one and made several trips. You guys were so sweet, I was displaced from Florida and you put such a smile on my face.

The baristas are friendly! And for trans people, you can use your preferred name and they won't judge! Although, if it's a unique name, they may spell it wrong 😔

It's great to have a Starbucks in our rural community. Service is always with a smile. The baristas are well trained and attentive.

Just left Starbucks with my venti white mocha . Sooo delicious, Haley and Margaret are the best baristas ever!! Friendly and engaging and my drinks are always perfect. 😀
