I love the way the dr takes me into his office and asked me if there's anything I need to ask him or how he just cares and listens you don't get that from doctors much anymore

Excellent service great doctors. I have never had a problem with doctors nor staff.

This place is for women only even I can tell you that but they have real good doctors that work there so I rate them 5 stars

Staff was very rude! Receptionist Doris was particularly rude and seemed bothered when having to verify my insurance for the new year. I provided a copy within 10 minutes and BEFORE my scheduled appointment. However, before I could give her the current insurance information she promptly rescheduled my appointment for 2 HOURS LATER; stating that there were other clients. After verifying my insurance a mere 10 minutes from my arrival, and inconveniencing me by rescheduling my appointment she did NOT apologize and place me back at my scheduled time. Instead, she acted like she was doing ME a favor by telling me they would "work me in" so that I could be seen sooner.
Doris, please consider attending a customer service class so that you can learn to interact with customers properly.

Rutherford Ob-Gyn treated my wife during her first pregnancy with no respect- terrible customer service! They charged us for services that they never provided and refused to see us before the payment was even due. These people should be shut down and whoever is running the place should be thrown in jail. I will drive to the next County to avoid this office. The office staff should be ashamed of themselves with how they treat people.

Absolutely terrible. My wife has been going here, and it’s terrible service. If she ever has an issue or question and calls, they don’t answer or call back. We’ve had to go to the urgent care to seek medical help for my pregnant wife because her doctor and nurses are never available. We’ll be filing a formal complaint with the state and any other possible outlets.
