Very competent, knowledgeable professionals with great bedside manner.

They seem to care about their patients and if you feel you weren't treated fairly, the manager over the facility will handle accordingly.

My doctor is great she seems to care she’s a great doctor I might have to wait thirty minutes to be seen but I know I will be taken care of

I have been a patient here since the beginning when they were in Forest City. I have USUALLY gotten back to see a medical professional in a reasonable amount of time. Today was one of the exceptions. I had an appointment for 3:15pm; I got there at 2:50 pm so I would be sure to get to see the doctor on time. Three people came in after me and were called back to the exam rooms before I was. At 3:50pm I went up to the desk to ask what the reason was that those three people got called back before me? The lady asked if I had been checked in and I replied that she had checked me in. She had forgotten to pull my chart or some sheet of paper or something and I had been waiting an hour so far. After being called back to an exam room, I waited another hour before the doctor came in. I keep telling myself that I should look for another primary care doctor, after today, I WILL!! The lady was very apologetic when I left, but that doesn't change the fact that I waited two hours to see a doctor for five minutes.

Every time I called to make an appointment I’m always waiting for someone to answer the phone. I wait and wait and no one never answers so I have to end up going up there to make an appointment what’s the point of having a phone if they never answer. Other than that they do have good doctors and dentist
