Pizza Hut

Driving back home from our trip, we came across this Pizza Hut food and service was great. Have not dine in a Pizza Hut since before COVID. Have to say I was highly satisfied👍🏼

I was incredibly satisfied with my experience at Pizza Hut, primarily because of the Pizza Melt. It's hands down one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted, and every bite was pure bliss. I can't thank you enough for such a fantastic culinary delight. Additionally, the brownie was out of this world, perfectly soft and chewy all the way through. It left me in awe!

Everything was great! We live in Shelby but always go to the one in Forest City. The food and customer service is just better at this location.

The server was great, it was really pricey but they literally can't control that.

Service was prompt. Food was delicious and the price was unbeatable. We will definitely be going back

Actually just went this past Tuesday. Pizza was made just as we ordered it and our waitress Sara was the absolute best! If you visit pizza hut in forest City ask for Sara. She takes great care of her customers!

Great for reasonably priced eating out. Drive through is a good choice!!

My family eats here about once a month (my kids redeem their Book-It coupons).

The employees are always helpful and friendly. The young woman (she wears glasses...I can't ever seem to catch her name) who works at the Hut Lane window is one of the friendliest people I've ever met! You could be having a really bad day, and her positive energy will cheer you right up. Some friends of mine have said the same thing. She's the best!

The food is always consistent.

I do wish they would carry gluten free crusts. I'm the only one in my family who can't eat gluten, so I always end up eating chicken wings when I get the kids food here 😅.

I got a pizza, breadsticks and a drink here the other day and it was exceptional. The service was very fast and the food was piping hot and delicious. Not all pizza huts are the same and this one is very good! The lady that helped me at the window was also great! I ordered online but when I got here I decided to add a drink and she was very nice about it! A lot of places get attitude but she was really nice!

Staff was very friendy and our pasta was delicious. Highly recommend.

The pizza was good and the young girl who helped us at the drive-through window is just great. She is so friendly and even remembered our last name when we drove up. She is an asset. Wish I knew her name.

We love taking our kids to this Pizza Hut. We usually go when the restaurant isn't too busy, so we've had no trouble with having to wait. The waitresses are always very friendly.
I use the Pick Up quite often. I've called in orders and ordered online. When I call in an order, the person who answers is always very friendly.
When I go to pick up the pizzas, the guy at the window has always been very nice and friendly. I can tell he is a patient guy, because I've seen him having to deal with rude people who were picking up their order in front of me!
The pizzas are always consistent, so you know what to expect.
I always look forward to taking the kids out to eat here.

We were craving wings and decided to try Pizza Hut wings. We were pleasantly surprised. WING WEDNESDAY! We tried SIX of the flavors and liked all of them. The Cajun Style rub was delicious and our favorite. The waitress greeted us as we entered, then seated us, served us, refilled our drinks multiple times, and checked on us frequently to make sure everything was okay. There were three other tables and she was the only waitress, but doing a great job. We'll be back for wings!

I think the girl at the drive thru deserves a raise,she was everywhere, counter, drive thru,running food out to customers, she was amazing,I wanted to help her,that was my experience!
