Truist

Phenomenal service! I was there today, from 3:30 to 4:00, getting a basic checking account. Kathy was above and beyond polite and helpful, very informative, and helped me get some ideas for rebuilding my credit. Ive never felt so taken care of in a bank, truist has my business from here out!

I see a lot of negative reviews which don't seem to be the fault of this specific branch or these specific workers, but more so complaints with the banking system. Personally, I always leave this place in a good mood. Most everyone I've met here is always friendly, down to earth, and really helpful. They do what they can and they are honest about what they cannot do! Truist, in general, always seems to hire nice people.

This place is the best bank in Rutherford county so that's why I rate them 5 stars

My father often said that he/his biz would start working with a smaller bank when possible.

He would say the smaller banks offered more personal service and were more interested in the people instead of the dollar (first) and rules and regs.

He lamented about how the smaller banks (with their personal touch) would eventually be gobbled up by big conglomerates which were run by decisions made in board rooms 1000 miles away — by big-wigs who never knew your name or cared about you... because the customer had simply become a dollar value... the customer would no longer a person.

TRUST me, it's happened with TRUIST. While I won't get into the weeds... that is precisely what has happened here... I would not suggest banking with them. Best to look elsewhere.

Well first off I have had a bank account with truist for about 5 years or so, since October of 2022 money has went missing out if my account I paid one bill that was around $45 and I got drawn out twice, I have app on my phone with credit cards that shows they let the credit card take out double, and then the following month $15, then extra $30 for who knows what when I didn’t even use my bank card, or I stop for gas and they draw out twice , that has happened to, now I am in the negative- let’s say over around 3k or close to it, I had over 800 in the account then got a check returned they took the over 800 out but I still have to pay the almost 3k, which doesn’t make since, it should be less then 3k if I had over 800 in the account, they are helpful, sweet ladies, and before I withdrawed the money I asked then if the check cleared because I didn’t want to owe anything, they said yep money is in account, so they should pay out if there pocketed fit being dum for not saying check hadn’t cleared yet, when j asked snd they said yes

I have used BB&T for years, but I am currently stranded with a temp card that they deactivated, still haven't gotten the actual card delivered yet, and the customer support just picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I was told the temp card would work till I got mine activated or until the expiration date of 2024! This has tanked my already low expectations for the banking industry. If I could rate 0 stars out of 5, I would.

Run out of checks? Well you won't be getting a counter check here until your new checks arrive. No sir they don't help seniors..they only sell money orders now on top of 0% interest on savings....

Very very slow. One blond teller who has never completed my transaction successfully.

You can't make a deposit for your wife because she is not with you ,they are getting right up there with Wells Fargo
