It was slow at this location but it was also after new years day. We visited here because high point has closed all their Hardee's and I love their food. Please bring back a new Hardee's to high point,nc instead of Dunkin !!!

Toby provided excellent customer service while training others, he seen that my order was on the crispy side so he drop a fresh batch to make sure I was satisfied, he deserves recognition he was awesome .

Normally have great experiences. Morning shift is always great. Morning shift gets a 5 star.
2nd shift not so much. 1 star. Same skinny kid never wants to make tenders. It's either they are out or are closing early and supposedly per manager they can't cook any for the rest of the day at 4pm. Sounds like he just doesn't want to make tenders or work at all or doesn't know how to cook them. Just odd.

5 star review is for the morning shift and Joy at the drive thru window. She makes sure to give great customer service every time I've gone in the mornings for my breakfast. Always accurate on the orders, always friendly and kind.

Hands down the best Hardee's around!! Never had a problem at this location. Breakfast is the bomb!! Joy is the best of the best here.

The black lady that has been there quite a long time that works in the morning and also the take out window is super awesome, kind, and has excellent customer skills. I mostly eat sausage biscuits and I think they are the best!

Best breakfast and the staff are just wonderful the black lady running things is great so friendly and helpful they all are God bless you all and Happy Thanksgiving

Not sure why Hardee's is not more popular. Love the hot ham and cheese and milk shakes are a great as well. I hope business remains but more people need to promote and do business with Hardee's even though it is overlooked alot.

I had a bad experience at the ramsure location. I came to this one to let some one know. Got my food, fast, good service, clean restrooms where clean too. Staff helpful , friendly.

Y’all used to have a cook by the name of Pablo around 2019. He was the most hansomest, bobansomest server ever!

The food was good. It was hot and the service was good. I ordered through the app and was able to use an offer for a deal on Frisco burgers.

This Hardee's has had a well-deserved bad reputation, especially regarding speed of service. On three different occasions over a year ago, I waited for in excess of 30 minutes - in an empty restaurant!

Fortunately, that problem seems to have been fixed.

I've been to this Hardee's over 10 times in the past three months, both in the restaurant and in the drive through, and have been served in a reasonable amount of time.

They also have enhanced their food options a bit by borrowing some offerings from their sister company, Carl's Jr. (I love the Superstar!)

They have completely redeemed themselves in my opinion. Good food, served in an acceptable timeframe, and a very friendly staff. If you had problems before, give em another chance!

Best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. Made fresh for me with my request to add pickles and mustard, it was still hot and juicy by the time I got to the office. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes, plus a generous slab of crunchy fried chicken helped elevate this sandwich to the top of the list. Check out my photo added today.

Love this Hardee's. It's the only one around we go too! It has the best most fresh food. The employee's are always friendly & fast too! Love getting our breakfast here on my dialysis days makes my morning! Thank you!

We had a late breakfast, egg and sausage biscuits and tea. Fast service, fresh cooked biscuits, friendly employees.

Used the drive thru in the lunch crunch as a dasher, associate was kind, professional, accurate and faaast. Have to show my appreciation for him, thanks young man for not letting me forget my customers drinks.... 😆 😆
