Very pleased with how the staff answered all my questions and helped me get the medication ordered for my infant son. I switched pharmacies with this prescription and I’m happy I did. This is what excellent customer service looks like.

Awesome Staff, Fast service, Knowledgeable Staff that answer questions best to their knowledge, and very helpful when it comes to making sure you aren’t paying too much and ensuring you have every remedy and medication needed to get you’d or your family back to themselves fast. I’ve used this Pharmacy for over 10 years and I’ve not been disappointed yet.

I am shocked at the extra mile service I was given last night at this pharmacy. They were about to close, and because of a mix-up at the urgent care office, my son's prescription was not there. Long story short, my phone died, so they made sure they got in contact with the people that needed to be contacted in order for my son to get his medicine. They could have easily told me to just come back tomorrow, but they didn't, and they worked right up until 9PM! Thank you, thank you, thank you for caring about the health of my child!

Ingles pharmacy is great. They have always text me when medicine is ready and are quick to fill prescriptions. Aways ready to help and fast in and out service.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a very longtime. They are always on top of everything getting your meds asap. The staff is great and have always been respectful. I even made a mistake that they didn't give me my change and they called me back to let me know it was in the bag, problem was I just didn't look good enough. This pharmacy is by far better then going through hell at Wal-Mart anyday of the week. Best in town in my opinion!😊😊 So I wanna say great job!😊
